Description
Claims (13)
- 이중 금속 시아나이드 (DOUBLE METAL CYANIDE ; DMC) 화합물, 유기 착화제 및 금속염을 포함하며, 상기 유기 착화제가 수용성 지방족 알콜이고, 상기 금속염의 함량이 DMC 화합물 1 몰당 0.1 몰 미만인 DMC 착물 결정형 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 DMC 화합물이 징크 헥사시아노코발테이트이고, 상기 금속염이 징크 할라이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 DMC 착물 결정형 촉매.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 착화제가 t - 부틸알콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 DMC 착물 결정형 촉매.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 실질적으로 결정질이고 분말 X선 회절 분석 결과 6.1, 5.9, 5.1, 4.2, 3.8, 3.6, 2.5 및 2.3 (d - spacing 임, Å 단위) 에서 시그날을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 DMC 착물 결정형촉매.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 도 2에 도시된 분말 X 선 회절 분석 패턴과 실질적으로 동일한 분말 X 선 회절 분석 패턴을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 DMC 착물 결정형 촉매.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 최종 생성된 폴리에테르의 중량을 기준으로 100 ppm의 양으로 105 ℃의 온도에서 분당 3 g 이상의 프로필렌 옥사이드를 중합시키는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 DMC 착물 결정형 촉매.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 불포화도가 0.005 meq/g 미만인 폴리에테르 폴리올 제조에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 DMC 착물 결정형 촉매.
- 유기 착화제의 존재 하에서 금속염 수용액 및 금속 시아나이드염 수용액을 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는, 제 1 항의 고활성 DMC 착물 결정형 촉매의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 금속염은 금속 시아나이드염의 양에 대하여 화학양론적으로 100 % 이내의 초과량 범위에서 과량으로 사용되고, 상기 반응에서 생성된 촉매가 촉매 내 DMC 화합물 1 몰당 0.1 몰 미만의 금속염을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DMC 착물 결정형 촉매의 제조 방법.
- (a) 유기 착화제의 존재 하에서 금속 시아나이드염의 양에 대하여 과량의 금속염을 사용하여, 금속염 수용액과 금속 시아나이드염 수용액을 반응시켜 촉매 침전물을 제조하는 단계; 및(b) 상기 촉매 침전물을, 촉매 내 DMC 화합물 1 몰당 0.1몰 미만의 금속염이 함유되도록 물과 유기 착화제의 혼합물로 세척하는 단계를 포함하는, 제 1 항의 고활성 DMC 착물 결정형 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 DMC 촉매가 징크 헥사시아노코발테이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 DMC 착물 결정형 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 착화제가 t - 부틸알콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 DMC 착물 결정형 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 실질적으로 결정질이며 분말 X 선 회절 분석 결과 6.1, 5.9, 5.1, 4.2, 3.8, 3.6, 2.5 및 2.3 (d - spacing 임, Å 단위) 에서 시그날을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 DMC 착물 결정형 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 촉매 또는 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항의 방법으로 제조되는 촉매의 존재 하에서 에폭사이드를 중합시키는 단계를 포함하는, 에폭사이드 중합체의 제조 방법.
