Claims (9)
- 다공성 이트리아 안정화 지르코니아의 제조 방법에 있어서,a) i) 아연화합물; 및ii) 이트리아 안정화 지르코니아(YSZ: Yttria stabilized zirconia)를 혼합하는 단계로서, 상기 아연화합물은 상기 이트리아 안정화 지르코니아 100 중량부에 대하여 아연 성분 양이 50 내지 250 중량부가 되도록 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단계;b) 상기 혼합물을 성형하는 단계;c) 상기 성형물을 1000 내지 1600 ℃의 온도에서 30분 내지 12 시간 동안 소결하는 단계; 및d) 상기 소결물을 산 용액에 투입하고 25 내지 100 ℃의 온도에서 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 a)단계의 아연화합물이 염화아연, 질산아연, 황산아연, 및 산화아연으로 이루어진 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 d) 단계의 산 용액이 질산, 염산 및 황산 용액으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,ⅰ) 아연화합물 분말, 및 이트리아 안정화 지르코니아 분말을 혼합하여 분말혼합물을 제조하는 단계;ⅱ) 상기 분말 혼합물을 가압 성형하여 성형체를 제조하는 단계;ⅲ) 상기 성형체를 소결하여 소결성형체를 제조하는 단계; 및ⅳ) 상기 소결성형체를 산처리하여 다공성 YSZ 소결성형체를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 ⅱ)단계의 가압 성형은 분말 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여 녹말 또는 전분 성분의 유기 바인더 1 내지 10 중량부를 더욱 혼합하여 실시되는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,ⅰ) 아연화합물, 및 이트리아 안정화 지르코니아의 졸-겔 혼합용액을 제조하는 단계;ⅱ) 상기 혼합용액을 기재 상에 도포하고 고화시켜서 박막을 제조하는 단계;ⅲ) 상기 박막을 소결하여 소결 박막을 제조하는 단계; 및ⅳ) 상기 소결박막을 산처리하여 다공성 YSZ 소결박막을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 ⅰ)단계의 혼합 용액이 이트리아 안정화 지르코니아 분말과 아연화합물 분말을 물에 분산시켜서 분산 졸을 제조하는 단계, 및 상기 분산 졸에 에멀젼화제를 가하고 물을 증발시켜서 분산 겔을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 제조방법.
