Description
Claims (3)
- 온도관리된 냉각액을 수용하기 위한 밀폐식탱크;상기 탱크에 송출관과 복귀관을 통해 접속된 열부하;상기 탱크 내의 냉각액을 상기 송출관 및 복귀관을 통해 열부하에 순환적으로 공급하기 위한 펌프;저부에서 상기 탱크의 내부와 연통하는 액위조정실;압축가스를 공급하기 위한 압축가스공급원;상기 압축가스공급원과 액위조정실을 연결하는 관로와, 이 관로 중에 접속된 전자밸브를 보유하고, 상기 전자밸브를 전환해서 상기 액위조정실에 압축가스를 공급하거나 또는 배출함으로써, 냉각액을 상기 액위조정실로부터 탱크 내에 유출시켜 또는 탱크로부터 상기 액위조정실 내에 유입시켜 탱크 내의 냉각액의 액위를 조정하는 액위조정용 가스관로;상기 압축가스공급원과 송출관을 연결한 관로와, 이 관로 중에 접속된 전자밸브를 보유하고, 상기 전자밸브를 전환해서 상기 송출관으로 압축가스를 공급하는 것에 의해, 상기 송출관과 열부하 및 복귀관의 내부에 체류하고 있는 냉각액을 상기 탱크 내에 환류시키는 회수용 가스관로;상기 탱크의 기상부에 접속되어, 냉각액의 액위조정시에 이 기상부를 외부로 개방하는 전자밸브;상기 탱크 내에 설치되어 냉각액의 액위를 검출하는 레벨스위치;상기 복귀관에 접속되어 상기 복귀관을 흐르는 냉각액의 유량을 검출하는 유량계; 및상기 펌프 및 각 전자밸브를 제어하는 제어장치를 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동회수기구가 부착된 냉각액순환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액위조정실이 탱크의 내부에 냉각액 수용공간의 일부를 점유하도록 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동회수기구가 부착된 냉각액순환장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 액위조정실의 용적이 상기 송출관과 열부하 및 복귀관 중의 냉각액을 수용 할 수 있는 크기인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동회수기구가 부착된 냉각액순환장치.
