Claims (7)
- 화소전극; 공통전극; 서로 교차하는 복수의 데이터선들 및 복수의 게이트선들; 상기 화소전극에 대응하여 설치되고, 상기 데이터선 및 게이트선의 신호에 의해 제어되며, 상기 화소전극에 데이터선의 신호를 공급하는 복수의 스위칭수단; 상기 게이트선을 주사하는 게이트선구동수단; 상기 데이터선을 표시할 계조에 대응하여 구동하는 데이터선구동수단; 및 상기 게이트선구동수단 및 상기 데이터선구동수단을 제어하는 제어수단을 포함하는 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 제어수단은,액정표시장치에의 입력신호가 무입력상태인 것을 검출하는 신호무입력검출수단을 구비하고,상기 신호무입력검출수단에 의해서 신호무입력상태가 검출된 시점에 모든 상기 게이트선들을 소정의 기간 액티브상태로 하는 신호를 상기 게이트선구동수단에 출력하고,모든 상기 데이터선들에 상기 공통전극에 인가되어 있는 전위와 동등한 전위를 소정 기간동안 공급하는 신호를 상기 데이터선구동수단에 출력하고,상기 입력신호는 영상신호, 수평동기신호, 수직동기신호 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소정의 기간은 모든 상기 화소전극에 상기 공통전위를 공급함으로써, 상기 액정에 축적되어 있는 모든 전하를 방전하는 시간으로 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전원오프 후에도 일정시간 전원을 공급하는 전원유지회로를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전원오프 후에 상기 데이터선구동수단은 모든 상기 데이터선을 접지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소정의 기간은 저항 및 콘덴서의 시정수에 의해 결정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 화소전극과, 공통전극과, 서로 교차하는 복수의 데이터선 및 복수의 게이트선과, 상기 화소전극에 대응하여 설치되고 상기 데이터선 및 게이트선의 신호에 의해 제어되며, 상기 화소전극에 데이터선의 신호를 공급하는 복수의 스위칭수단과, 상기 게이트선을 주사하는 게이트선구동수단과, 상기 데이터선을 표시할 계조에 대응하여 구동하는 데이터선구동수단과, 상기 게이트선구동수단 및 상기 데이터선구동수단을 제어하는 제어수단을 가지는 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 액정표시장치에의 입력신호의 무입력상태를 검출하여,무입력상태가 검출된 시점에서, 모든 상기 게이트선을 일제히 소정의 기간 액티브상태로 하고,모든 상기 데이터선에는 상기 공통전극에 인가되어 있는 전위와 동등한 전위를 소정기간 공급하고,상기 입력신호는 영상신호, 수평동기신호, 수직동기신호 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
