Description
Claims (6)
- 열전달 장치를 구비한 평면 광도파로 소자 모듈에 있어서,평면 광도파로 소자와;상기 평면 광도파로 소자의 하면에 접착되며, 상기 평면 광도파로 소자의 하면과 접착되는 상면 전체에 한 가닥의 열선이 굴곡을 이루며 고르게 배열된 발열판을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 열전달 장치를 구비한 평면 광도파로 소자 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 발열판은하면에 외부 전원과 상기 열선을 연결하기 위한 패드와;상면에 배열된 열선이 연장되어 상기 패드와 연결되는 통로를 제공하는 관통홀을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 열전달 장치를 구비한 평면 광도파로 소자 모듈.
- 제2 항에 있어서, 상기 발열판은상기 열선이 상기 관통홀을 통해 패드와 연결하기 위한 도체를 양 끝단에 더 구비함을 특징으로 하는 열전달 장치를 구비한 평면 광도파로 소자 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 발열판은상면에 상기 열선이 배열되는 발열부와, 상기 발열부로부터 상기 평면 광도파로 소자의 폭보다 일방향으로 더 연장되어 상기 열선의 양단을 연장하여 노출시키고, 상기 노출된 열선의 양단에 패드를 각각 구비하는 확장부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전달 장치를 구비한 평면 광도파로 소자 모듈.
- 제4 항에 있어서, 상기 노출된 열선은상기 확장부의 상면에 위치함을 특징으로 하는 열전달 장치를 구비한 평면 광도파로 소자 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 열선은실크 프린팅 방법을 이용하여 상기 발열판의 부착면에 박막형태로 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 열전달 장치를 구비한 평면 광도파로 소자 모듈.
