Claims (10)
- 휘발성 유기화합물의 농축기능을 갖는 다공성 막층과 휘발성 유기화합물의 정제기능을 갖는 비다공성 막층으로 이루어진 분리막에 있어서,상기 다공성 막층은 한외여과막 또는 정밀여과막을 다공성 지지막으로 사용하고, 상기한 지지막의 기공에 알루미늄 나이트레이트, 알루미늄설페이트, 염화칼슘, 실리콘 올리고머 및 폴리에틸렌이민 올리고머 중에서 선택된 충진제가 주입되어 있고,상기 비다공성 막층은 폴리디메틸실록쎈을 포함하는 고무상의 고분자가 코팅처리되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기혼합물 분리 회수용 하이브리드 분리막.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 지지막은 평막 또는 중공사막 형태인 것임을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기혼합물 분리 회수용 하이브리드 분리막.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하이브리드 분리막의 다공성 막층 표면이 분리하고자 하는 휘발성 유기화합물 혼합물과 접촉하도록 설치하여 사용하도록 하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기혼합물 분리 회수용 하이브리드 분리막.
- 기체혼합물로부터 휘발성 유기화합물을 효과적으로 투과 분리하는 분리막의 제조방법에 있어서,다공성 지지막의 한쪽면에 알루미늄 나이트레이트, 알루미늄설페이트, 염화칼슘, 폴리디메틸실록센 올리고머 및 폴리에틸렌이민 올리고머 중에서 선택된 충진제가 용해되어 있는 충진제 용액을 접촉시키고, 반대쪽 표면에는 5 ∼ 300 torr의 진공을 가하여 다공성 지지막의 기공내부에 충진제를 주입시켜 다공성 막층을 제조하는 과정,상기 형성된 다공성 막층의 한쪽면에 폴리디메틸실록쎈 올리고머가 함유된 도포용액을 도포하여 비다공성 막층을 제조하는 과정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기혼합물 분리 회수용 하이브리드 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 막층 제조에 사용된 지지막은 평막 또는 중공사막 형태인 것임을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기혼합물 분리 회수용 하이브리드 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 막층 제조에 사용된 지지막의 기공 크기는 30 ∼ 500 nm이고, 충진제가 주입된 후의 기공크기는 1 ∼ 20 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기혼합물 분리 회수용 하이브리드 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 막층 제조에 사용된 충전제 용액의 농도가 1 ∼ 10 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기혼합물 분리 회수용 하이브리드 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 비다공성 막층 제조에 사용된 도포용액의 농도가 1 ∼ 10 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기혼합물 분리 회수용 하이브리드 분리막의 제조방법.
