Claims (8)
- 연료를 저압실(7)로부터 고압도관(9,21)을 통해 공급하고자 하는 내연기관의 연소실내로 돌입하는 하나 이상의 분사밸브(23)로 보내기위한 연료압송펌프(1)와, 1 개 이상의 고압도관(9,21)안에서 최대연료관류량을 제한하는 관류제한밸브(27)를 구비하고, 상기 관류제한밸브(27)가 축방향에서 활주가능한 밸브부재(35)를 가지고 있고, 상기 밸브부재(35)가 그 폐쇄위치에서 분사밸브(23)를 향하는 방향으로 흐르는 연료에 의해서 최대연료관류량을 초과한 때에 되돌림 용수철(43)의 탄성력에 저항하여 밸브시트(39)에 맞닿아 붙게되어 있고, 밸브시트(39)로부터 들어 올려진 밸브부재(35)를 통하는 연료관류량이 밸브부재(35)에 설치된 1 개 이상의 조임장소(49,50)에 의해서 조절가능한 형식의 내연기관용 연료분사장치에 있어서,밸브부재(35)의 조임횡단면과 되돌림 용수철(43)의 용수철강도가 분사밸브(23)에 있어서의 유체투과율에 따라서 분사밸브(23)에 있어서의 분사과정중에 이미 관류제한밸브(27)의 밸브부재(35)의 폐쇄방향에서의 최대스트로크보다도 작은 조절운동이 얻어지도록 조절되고 있고,관류제한밸브(27)의 밸브부재(35)가 손상이 없는 운전시의 분사중단중에 그 초기위치로 되돌아가게 되어 있으며,관류제한밸브(27)와 분사밸브(23)의 사이의 고압도관(21)이 기밀하지 않은 경우에는, 관류제한밸브(27)의 밸브부재(35)가 그 초기위치로 되돌아가지 않게 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 연료분사장치
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 관류제한밸브(27)의 밸브부재(35)의 조임횡단면, 되돌림 용수철(43)의 탄성력 및 밸브횡단면을 상응하게 설계함에 의하여 조절가능한, 관류제한밸브(27)에 있어서의 연료류의 유체투과율이 내연기관의 최대허용회전수 및 최대허용분사량에 있어서, 분사중단중에, 허용분사량보다도 많은 양이 관류하는 정도로 높게 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 연료분사장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 관류제한밸브(27)의 밸브부재(35)가 사발형상으로 구성되어 있고, 상기 밸브부재의 개방한 말단면측이 고압펌프(1)에 접속된 고압도관(21)의 부분에 접속되고, 밸브부재의 폐쇄한 말단면측이 밸브시트(39)와 함께 작용하는 밸브밀봉면(37)을 형성하고 있고, 밸브부재의 폐쇄한 말단면에 하나 이상의 관류개구(41)가 설치되어 있고, 상기 관류개구(41)의, 밸브밀봉면(37)에 있어서의 출구개구가 분사류방향에서 보아 밸브시트(39)의 앞에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 연료분사장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 관류제한밸브(27)의 밸브부재(35)의 폐쇄한 말단면측(37)에 설치된 관류개구가 조임구멍(55)으로서 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 연료분사장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 관류제한밸브(27)의 밸브부재(35)가 조임장소(49)를 구비한 조임삽입체(47)를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 연료분사장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 밸브부재(35)의 밸브밀봉면(37) 및 관류제한밸브(27)의 밸브시트(39)가 원추형으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 연료분사장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 관류제한밸브(27)의 되돌림 용수철(43)이, 밸브부재(35)에 있어서의 밸브밀봉면(37)의 평평한 부분과 관류구멍(33)의 구멍단부의 사이에 걸려 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 연료분사장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 연료고압펌프(1)와 분사밸브(23)의 사이의 고압도관(9,21)안에, 공통의 고압수집실(11)이 삽입되어 있고, 상기 고압수집실(11)안에, 연료고압펌프(1)가 이송되고, 각 고압도관(21)으로부터 분사밸브(23)로 도출되도록 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 연료분사장치.
