Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内燃機関のための燃料噴射装置であって、燃料を低圧室(7)から高圧導 管(9,21)を介して、供給しようとする内燃機関の燃焼室内に突入する少な くとも1つの噴射弁(23)に送るための燃料圧送ポンプ(1)と、少なくとも 1つの高圧導管(9,21)内で最大燃料貫流量を制限する貫流制限弁(27) とを備えており、該貫流制限弁(27)が、軸方向で摺動可能な弁部材(35) を有していて、該弁部材(35)が、その閉鎖位置で噴射弁(23)に向かう方 向に流れる燃料によって、最大燃料貫流量を越えた時に戻しばね(43)のばね 力に抗して弁座(39)に当てつけられるようになっており、弁座(39)から 持ち上げられた弁部材(35)を通る燃料貫流量が、弁部材(35)に設けられ た少なくとも1つの絞り箇所(49,50)によって調節可能である形式のもの において、 弁部材(35)の絞り横断面と戻しばね(43)のばね強度が、噴射弁(23 )における流過率に応じて、噴射弁(23)における噴射過程中に既に、貫流制 限弁(27)の弁部材(35)の閉鎖方向での、最大ストロークよりも小さい調 節運動が得られるように調節されており、 貫流制限弁(27)の弁部材(35)が、損傷のな い運転時の噴射中断中にその初期位置に戻るようになっており、 貫流制限弁(27)と噴射弁(23)との間の高圧導管(21)が非気密であ る場合には、貫流制限弁(27)の弁部材(35)が、その初期位置に戻らない ようになっている、 ことを特徴とする、内燃機関のための燃料噴射装置。 2.貫流制限弁(27)の弁部材(35)の絞り横断面、戻しばね(43)の ばね力並びに弁横断面を相応に設計することによって調節可能な、貫流制限弁( 27)における燃料流の流過率が、内燃機関の最大許容回転数及び最大許容噴射 量において、噴射中断中に、許容噴射量よりも多い量が貫流する程度に高く設定 されている、請求項1記載のな燃料噴射装置。 3.貫流制限弁(27)の弁部材(35)が鉢状に構成されていて、この弁部 材の開放した端面側が、高圧ポンプ(1)に接続された、高圧導管(21)の部 分に接続され、弁部材の閉鎖した端面側が、弁座(39)と協働する弁シール面 (37)を形成しており、弁部材の閉鎖した端面に少なくとも1つの貫流開口( 41)が設けられており、該貫流開口(41)の、弁シール面(37)における 出口開口が、噴射流方向で見て弁座(39)の手前に配置されている、請求項1 記載の燃料噴射装置。 4.貫流制限弁(27)の弁部材(35)の閉鎖した端面側(37)に設けら れた貫流開口が絞り孔(55)として構成されている、請求項3記載の燃料噴射 装置。 5.貫流制限弁(27)の弁部材(35)が、絞り箇所(49)を備えた絞り 挿入体(47)を有している、請求項3記載の燃料噴射装置。 6.弁部材(35)の弁シール面(37)及び貫流制限弁(27)の弁座(3 9)が円錐形に構成されている、請求項3記載の燃料噴射装置。 7.貫流制限弁(27)の戻しばね(43)が、弁部材(35)における弁シ ール面(37)の平らな部分と貫流孔(33)の孔段部との間に緊締されている 、請求項3記載の燃料噴射装置。 8.燃料高圧ポンプ(1)と噴射弁(23)との間の高圧導管(9,21)内 に、共通の高圧収集室(11)が挿入されていて、該高圧収集室(11)内に、 燃料高圧ポンプ(1)が送られ、各高圧導管(21)から噴射弁(23)に導出 されるようになっている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
