Description
Claims (8)
- 단 하나의 버너를 구비한 회전식 드럼로(1)에서 알루미늄과, 알루미늄 함유 폐재 및 잔재를 용융 제련하는 방법으로서,a) 상기 회전식 드럼로(1)의 일단부에서, 장입 도어(2)를 통해 상기 회전식 드럼로(1)에 장입 원료(6)를 도입하는 단계와,b) 상기 회전식 드럼로(1)의 일단부에 배치된 버너(3)를 통해 상기 회전식 드럼로(1)에 연료 및 산소 함유 가스를 도입하고, 상기 드럼로(1) 내에서 연소시키는 단계와,c) 상기 회전식 드럼로(1)의 일단부로부터 폐가스를 배기하는 단계와,d) 장입 원료(6)를 상기 회전식 드럼로(1)로부터 추출하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 장입 도어(2)는 상기 회전식 드럼로(1)로부터 상기 장입 원료(6)를 추출하는 데에 사용되며,상기 버너(3)는 회전식 드럼로(1)의 배기 단부에 배치되며,상기 배기 단부는 상기 장입 도어(2)의 반대측에 있는 것인 용융 제련 방법에 있어서,장입 원료(6)에는 유기 성분이 존재하며,배기 덕트(4)에서 폐가스에 함유된, 용융 제련 동안의 유기 성분의 열분해에 의한 유독 물질의 농도가 측정되며,연소 가스 및 연소 산소의 체적 또는 상기 버너(3)용 연료의 체적은 상기 유독 물질의 측정된 농도의 함수로서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 제련 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산소 함유 가스로는 80 % 이상의 산소 함량을 갖는 가스가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 제련 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회전식 드럼로(1)의 장입은 연속으로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 제련 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 드럼로(1)에는 에너지 또는 산소가 연속적으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 제련 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 드럼로의 회전 운동(회전 속도 및 방향)은 장입 원료(6)의 특성 및 양의 함수로서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 제련 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연소 공기 및 연소 산소의 체적 또는 상기 버너(3)의 연료의 체적은 장입 원료(6)의 특성 및 양의 함수로서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 제련 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 드럼로의 회전 운동(회전 속도 및 방향)은 유독 물질의 측정된 농도의 함수로서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 제련 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 드럼로(1)의 상기 장입 도어(2)는 상기 드럼로(1)와 함께 밀봉 폐쇄된 상태로 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 제련 방법.
