Claims (6)
- 골재의 입도를 일정 범위로 한정시킨 굵은 골재: 1250-1600㎏/㎥, 2㎜이하의 미립골재: 50-600㎏/㎥, 시멘트: 150-400㎏/㎥, 물: 80-150㎏/㎥, 혼화제: 시멘트 사용량의 2%이하를 혼합하여, 시멘트몰탈의 압축강도가 800㎏/㎠ 이상이고 슬럼프 값이 0-4㎝이며 젖은 상태의 공극율이 12% 이상인 시멘트콘크리트를 생산하고, 이를 포설 및 다짐한 후, 포장체 표면에 물 1중량부, 시멘트 0.5-2 중량부와 시멘트 사용량의 5% 이내인 감수제를 혼합한 보강몰탈을 살포하여, 투수계수가 10×10-2㎝/sec 이상인 기층과 표층 또는 표층을 포장하는 공정을 포함하는 고내구성 투수콘크리트 포장방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 굵은 골재는 중량비로 25㎜체에서 90-100% 통과하고 10㎜체에서 10-20% 통과하는 골재, 19㎜체에서 90-100% 통과하고 8㎜체에서 0-20% 통과하는 골재, 13㎜체에서 90-100% 통과하고 5㎜체에서 0-20% 통과하는 골재, 10㎜체에서 90-100% 통과하고 2.5㎜체에서 0-20% 통과하는 골재, 또는 8㎜체에서 80-100% 통과하고 2.5㎜체에서 0-10% 통과하는 골재 중 어느 한가지인 것을 특징으로 하는 고내구성 투수콘크리트 포장방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기층과 표층을 포장하는 경우에, 기층에 사용되는 굵은 골재의 입도가 표층에 사용되는 굵은 골재의 입도보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 고내구성 투수콘크리트 포장방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 미립골재는 규사, 세사, 석분, 슬래그 분말, 주문사, 황토 중에서 하나 또는 둘 이상 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 고내구성 투수콘크리트 포장방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 에멀젼 수지, 아크릴, 에폭시 중 하나 또는 둘 이상을 물과 혼합한 혼합물을 포장체 표면에 스프레이하여 공극에 라이닝을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내구성 투수콘크리트 포장방법.
