Claims (3)
- 회전원주방향을 따라 NS극을 형성하는 회전자와, 이 회전자와 대향배치된 고정자철심 및 이 고정자철심에 장착된 고정자권선을 갖는 고정자, 상기 회전자와 상기 고정자를 지지하는 브래킷과, 상기 회전자의 회전에 연동해서 상기 브래킷내에 냉각풍을 통풍시켜서 상기 고정자권선을 냉각하는 냉각수단을 구비한 교류발전기에서 상기 고정자철심은 축방향으로 뻗는 슬롯이 원주방향으로 소정 피치로 다수 형성된 적층철심을 구비하고, 상기 고정자권선은 연속선으로 되는 소선이 상기 고정자철심의 양단면측의 상기 슬롯외에서 되돌려져서 소정 슬롯수 마다에 상기 슬롯내에서 슬롯깊이방향으로 내층과 외층을 교대로 채택하도록 권장된 권선을 다수 가지며, 상기 고정자철심의 양단면측의 상기 슬롯외에서 되돌려진 상기 소선의 턴부가 원주방향으로 나란히 정렬되어 코일엔드를 구성하고, 절연성수지가 상기 코일엔드의 전체를 덮도록 설치되며, 상기 절연성수지의 회전자 대향면 및 브래킷 대향면의 적어도 한쪽이 매끄러운 면으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류발전기.
- 회전원주방향을 따라 NS극을 형성하는 회전자와, 이 회전자와 대향배치된 고정자철심 및 이 고정자철심에 장착된 고정자권선을 갖는 고정자, 상기 회전자와 상기 고정자를 지지하는 브래킷과, 상기 회전자의 회전에 연동해서 상기 브래킷내에 냉각풍을 통풍시켜서 상기 고정자권선을 냉각하는 냉각수단을 구비한 교류발전기에서 상기 고정자철심은 축방향으로 뻗는 슬롯이 원주방향으로 소정 피치로 다수 형성된 적층철심을 구비하고, 상기 고정자권선은 연속선으로 되는 소선이 상기 고정자철심의 양단면측의 상기 슬롯외에서 되돌려져서 소정 슬롯수 마다에 상기 슬롯내에서 슬롯깊이 방향으로 내층과 외층을 교대로 채택하도록 권장된 권선을 다수 가지며, 상기 고정자철심의 양단면측의 상기 슬롯외에서 되돌려져진 상기 소선의 턴부가 원주방향으로 나란히 나열되어 코일엔드를 구성하고, 절연성수지가 상기 코일엔드의 정상부 및 직경방향의 외주측을 노출시키며, 또 내주측을 덮도록 설치하고, 상기 절연성수지의 회전자 대향면이 매끄러운 면으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류발전기.
