Claims (3)
- 축방향으로 뻗는 슬롯이 원주방향으로 소정피치로 다수형성된 원통상의 고정자철심 및 이 고정자철심에 장착된 고정자권선을 갖는 고정자와, 상기 고정자철심의 내주측에 배치되고, 회전원주방향을 따라 NS극을 형성하는 회전자를 구비한 교류발전기에서 상기 고정자권선은 연속선으로 되는 소선이 상기 고정자철심의 단면측의 상기 슬롯외에서 되돌려져서 소정 슬롯수 마다에 상기 슬롯내에서 슬롯 깊이방향으로 내층과 외층을 교대로 채택하고, 또 주회당 2턴의 겹쳐감기가 되도록 권장된 권선을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류발전기.
- 권선은 연속선으로 되는 하나의 소선을 2n·p의 피치로 배열된 제 1의 직선부와, 상기 제 1의 직선부의 폭방향의 한쪽에 W만큼 시프트하고, 또 상기 제 1의 직선부의 배열방향 전방에 n·p만큼 시프트해서 2n·p의 피치로 배열된 제 2의 직선부와, 상기 제 2의 직선부의 폭방향의 한쪽에 W만큼 시프트하고, 또 상기 제 2의 직선부의 배열방향의 후방에 n·p만큼 시프트해서 2n·p의 피치로 배열된 제 3의 직선부와, 상기 제 3의 직선부의 폭방향의 한쪽에 W만큼 시프트하고, 또 상기 제 3의 직선부의 배열방향의 전방에 n·p만큼 시프트해서 2n·p의 피치로 배열된 제 4의 직선부와, 상기 제 1의 직선부의 일단과, 이 제 1의 직선부의 배열방향의 전방에 n·p만큼 시프트하고 있는 상기 제 2의 직선부의 일단을 연결하는 제 1의 턴부와, 상기 제 2의 직선부의 타단과, 제 2의 직선부의 배열방향 후방에 n·p만큼 시프트해 있는 상기 제 3의 직선부의 타단을 연결하는 제 2의 턴부와, 상기 제 3의 직선부의 일단과, 이 제 3의 직선부의 배열방향의 전방에 n·p만큼 시프트하고 있는 상기 제 4의 직선부의 일단을 연결하는 제 3의 턴부와, 상기 제 4의 직선부의 타단과, 이 제 4의 직선부의 배열방향의 전방에 n·p만큼 시프트하고 있는 상기 제 1의 직선부의 타단을 연결하는 제 4의 턴부를 갖는 패턴으로 구부려져서 성형되고, 상기 권선이 p의 피치로 2n개 배열되어 상기 제 1내지 제 4의 직선부가 4층이 되어 피치 p로 평행하게 배열되고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2의 직선부의 일단부끼리를 연결하는 상기 제 1의 턴부와, 상기 제 3 및 제 4의 직선부의 일단부끼리를 연결하는 상기 제 3의 턴부가 2렬이 되어 피치 p로 평행하게 배열되며, 또 상기 제 2 및 제 3의 직선부의 타단부끼리를 연결하는 상기 제 2의 턴부와, 상기 제 4 및 제 1의 직선부의 타단부끼리를 연결하는 상기 제 4의 턴부가 2층이 되어 피치 p로 평행하게 배열된 권선군을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 교류발전기의 권선어셈블리.
- 권선은 연속선으로 되는 하나의 소선을 2n·p의 피치로 배열된 제 1의 직선부와, 상기 제 1의 직선부의 폭방향의 한쪽에 W만큼 시프트하고, 또 상기 제 1의 직선부의 배열방향 전방에 n·p만큼 시프트해서 2n·p의 피치로 배열된 제 2의 직선부와, 상기 제 2의 직선부의 폭방향의 한쪽에 W만큼 시프트하고, 또 상기 제 2의 직선부의 배열방향 전방에 n·p만큼 시프트해서 2n·p의 피치로 배열된 제 3의 직선부와, 상기 제 3의 직선부의 폭방향의 한쪽에 W만큼 시프트하고, 또 상기 제 3의 직선부의 배열방향 후방에 n·p만큼 시프트해서 2n·p의 피치로 배열된 제 4의 직선부와, 상기 제 1의 직선부의 일단과, 이 제 1의 직선부의 배열방향 전방에 n·p만큼 시프트하고 있는 상기 제 2의 직선부의 일단을 연결하는 제 1의 턴부와, 상기 제 2의 직선부의 타단과, 이 제 2의 직선부의 배열방향 전방에 n·p만큼 시프트하고 있는 상기 제 3의 직선부의 타단을 연결하는 제 2의 턴부와, 상기 제 3의 직선부의 일단과, 이 제 3의 직선부의 배열방향 후방에 n·p만큼 시프트하고 있는 상기 제 4의 직선부의 일단을 연결하는 제 3의 턴부와, 상기 제 4의 직선부의 타단과, 이 제 4의 직선부의 배열방향의 전방에 n·p만큼 시프트하고 있는 상기 제 1의 직선부의 타단을 연결하는 제 4의 턴부를 갖는 패턴으로 구부려서 성형되고, 상기 권선이 p의 피치로 2n개 배열되어 상기 제 1 내지 제 4의 직선부가 4층이 되어 피치 p로 평행으로 배열되며, 상기 제 1 및 제 2의 직선부의 일단부끼리를 연결하는 상기 제 1의 턴부와, 상기 제 3 및 제 4의 직선부의 일단부끼리를 연결하는 상기 제 3의 턴부가 2렬이 되어 피치 p로 평행하게 배열되고, 또 상기 제 2 및 제 3의 직선부의 타단부끼리를 연결하는 상기 제 2턴부와, 상기 제 4 및 제 1의 직선부의 타단부끼리를 연결하는 상기 제 4의 턴부가 2층이 되어 피치 p로 평행하게 배열된 권선군을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 교류발전기의 권선어셈블리.
