Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 실드 및 베젤 일체형 헤드램프 구조에 관한 것으로서, 기존의 상기 헤드램프의 실드는 체결 부위가 시간이 지남에 따라 헐거워져 유동이 발생하고, 헤드램프의 고열로 인한 리플렉터의 열전도로 체결 부위가 약화되는 현상이 발생되므로 이를 해결하기 위해 기존의 실드를 베즐에 일체로 성형함으로써, 상기 체결 부위의 약화 현상을 방지할 수 있어 내구 성능을 향상시키고, 별도의 실드 제작이 불필요하므로 조립 공수를 축소시킬 수 있는 자동차용 실드 및 베젤 일체형 헤드램프 구조를 제공하고자 한다.

Description

자동차용 실드 및 베젤 일체형 헤드램프 구조{Headlamp-structure to unite shield with bezel in one for automobile}
본 발명은 자동차용 실드 및 베젤 일체형 헤드램프 구조에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 기존의 상기 헤드램프의 실드는 체결 부위가 시간이 지남에 따라 헐거워져 유동이 발생하고, 헤드램프의 고열로 인한 리플렉터의 열전도로 인해 체결 부위가 약화되는 현상이 발생되므로 이를 해결하기 위해 기존의 실드를 베즐에 일체로 성형함으로써, 상기 체결 부위의 약화 현상을 방지할 수 있어 내구 성능을 향상시키고, 별도의 실드 제작이 불필요하므로 조립 공수를 축소시킬 수 있는 자동차용 실드 및 베젤 일체형 헤드램프 구조에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 자동차의 새시에는 시동 장치, 점화 장치, 등화 장치 등과 같은 전장품이 설치되어 있는 바, 상기한 등화 장치는 배터리와 알터네이터로부터 전원을 공급받게 된다.
상기한 등화 장치에는 자동차의 전방을 조명하기 위한 헤드 램프와, 상기한 자동차의 진행 방향 등을 알리기 위한 방향 지시등과, 실내 조명용의 룸 램프와, 후진을 알리기 위한 후진등이 있다.
한편, 헤드램프(head lamp)는 전조등이라고도 불리우며, 대향 자동차의 운전자를 현혹되지 않게 빔을 상하로 절환하도록 되어 있다.
안전 기준에는 주행 빔(상향 빔)일 때 전방 100m, 감광 또는 변환 빔(하향 빔)일 때는 40m전방의 장애물을 식별할 수 있는 밝기의 라이트 장비가 필요하며 등화의 색깔은 백색 또는 황색으로 규정되어 있다.
도 3은 종래의 자동차용 헤드램프를 나타내는 측단면도로써, 자동차의 후드와 범퍼 사이에 헤드램프(100)가 장착되는바, 상기 헤드램프(100)의 렌즈(110)는베즐(bezel)(170)에 장착되는 동시에 상기 베즐(170)의 후단에 장착된 헤드램프 하우징(120)에 장착된다.
상기 헤드램프 하우징(120) 안에는 상기 헤드램프(100)의 후미부에 장착되어 자동차의 엔진 룸내에서 각종 먼지등이 상기 헤드램프(100)의 내부로 유입되는 것을 막는 더스트캡(130)과, 상기 더스트캡(130)의 전방에 장착되어 빔을 발생시키는 벌브(140)와, 상기 벌브(140)의 빔을 반사시키는 리플렉터(reflector)(150)와, 상기 벌브(140)의 산란되는 빔을 모아 리플렉터(150)로 다시 반사시키는 실드(160)가 설치된다.
그런데, 종래의 실드(160)는 상기 리플렉터(150)의 뒷면에 볼트 또는 스크류로 체결되어 있는데, 체결 부위가 시간이 지남에 따라 헐거워져서 유동이 발생하고, 헤드램프(100)의 고열로 인한 리플렉터(150)의 열전도로 체결 부위가 약화되는 문제점이 있다.
따라서, 본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로서, 기존의 실드를 베즐의 소정위치에 연결하여 일체로 성형함으로써, 상기 체결 부위의 약화 현상을 방지할 수 있어 내구 성능을 향상시키고, 별도의 실드 제작이 불필요하므로 조립 공수를 축소시킬 수 있는 자동차용 실드 및 베젤 일체형 헤드램프 구조를 제공하는데 그 안출의 목적이 있다.

이하, 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 특징에 대해 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명에 따른 자동차용 실드 및 베젤 일체형 헤드램프 구조는 렌즈와 헤드램프 하우징으로 외형이 구성되고, 상기 헤드램프 하우징 내에는 벌브, 리플렉터 등으로 이루어진 자동차용 헤드램프에 있어서, 헤드램프(10)의 베즐(16) 상단의 중앙부에 돔형상의 실드(15)가 이음부(17)에 의해 일체로 연결, 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 첨부도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 구성에 대해 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 자동차용 실드 및 베젤 일체형 헤드램프 구조를 나타내는 사시도이고, 도 2는 본 발명에 따른 자동차용 실드 및 베젤 일체형 헤드램프 구조를 나타내는 측단면도이다.
여기서, 도면 부호 10은 헤드램프를 나타낸다.
상기 헤드램프(10)는 렌즈(11)와 헤드램프 하우징(12)으로 외형이 구성되고, 상기 헤드램프 하우징(12) 내에는 벌브(13), 리플렉터(14) 등으로 이루어져 있다.
한편, 상기 벌브(13)의 산란되는 빔을 모아 리플렉터(14)로 다시 반사시키는 기능을 하는 실드(15)가 그 벌브(13)의 전방부에 설치되어 있는데, 이와 같은 상기 실드(15)가 별도의 체결 구조없이 베즐(16)에 일체로 형성되어 있다.
더욱 상세하게 설명하자면, 상기 헤드램프(10)의 외형을 이루는 렌즈(11)와헤드램프 하우징(12)을 서로 고정할 수 있도록 하는 상기 베즐(16) 상단의 중앙부에 돔형상의 실드(15)가 이음부(17)에 의해 일체로 연결, 형성되어 있다.
이와 같은 헤드램프(10)는 실드(15)와 베즐(16)이 일체형으로 형성되어 상기 실드(15)의 내구성이 향상되고, 그에 따른 조립 공수도 축소되게 됨으로써, 비용을 절감할 수 있다.
이상에서 상술한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 자동차용 실드 및 베젤 일체형 헤드램프 구조는 체결 부위의 약화 현상을 방지할 수 있어 내구 성능을 향상시키고, 별도의 실드 제작이 불필요하므로 조립 공수를 축소시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 렌즈와 헤드램프 하우징으로 외형이 구성되고, 상기 헤드램프 하우징 내에는 벌브, 리플렉터 등으로 이루어진 자동차용 헤드램프에 있어서, 헤드램프(10)의 베즐(16) 상단의 중앙부에 돔형상의 실드(15)가 이음부(17)에 의해 일체로 연결, 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 실드 및 베젤 일체형 헤드램프 구조.
