Claims (26)
- 개선된 실온 연성, 순환적 산화에 대한 내성, 열적 피로 내성, 전기 저항, 및 고온 처짐 내성 중 하나 이상의 특징을 가지고, 중량%로 Al 4 내지 9.5%, Ti 0.5 내지 2.0%, Mo 0.5 내지 5%, Zr 0.1 내지 0.8%, C 0.01 내지 0.5%, 나머지 Fe를 함유하고, 무질서 체심 입방 구조를 가지는 전기 저항 가열 부재로서 유용한 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 Cr, Mn, Si 또는 Ni를 함유하지 않는 것인 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 오스테나이트를 함유 하지 않는 미세구조를 가지는 것인 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 완전한 페라이트 미세구조를 가지는 것인 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 세라믹 입자를 함유하지 않는 것인 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 2% 이하의 Si,30% 이하의 Ni,0.5% 이하의 Y,0.1% 이하의 B,1% 이하의 Nb 및 1% 이하의 Ta를 포함하는 것인 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 필수적으로 Al 8.0 내지 9.0%, Ti 0.75 내지 1.5%, Mo 0.75 내지 1.5%, Zr 0.15 내지 0.75%, C 0.05 내지 0.35%, 나머지 Fe로 이루어지는 것인 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 필수적으로 Al 8.0 내지 9.0%, Ti 0.75 내지 1.25%, Mo 0.75 내지 1.25%, Zr 0.2 내지 0.6%, C 0.03 내지 0.09%, Y 0.01 내지 0.1%, 나머지 Fe로 이루어지는 것인 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 필수적으로 Al 8.0 내지 9.0%, Ti 0.75 내지 1.25%, Mo 0.75 내지 1.25%, Zr 0.1 내지 0.3%, C 0.01 내지 0.1%, Nb 0.25 내지 0.75%, Ta 0.25 내지 0.75%, Y 0.01 내지 0.1%, 나머지 Fe로 이루어지는 것인 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 필수적으로 Al 8.0 내지 9.0%, Ti 0.75 내지 1.25%, Mo 0.75 내지 1.25%, Zr 0.5 내지 0.75%, C 0.05 내지 0.15%, Si 0.01 내지 0.2%, 나머지 Fe로 이루어지는 것인 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 필수적으로 Al 8.0 내지 9.0%, Si 0.05 내지 0.15%, Ti 0.75 내지 1.25%, Mo 0.75 내지 1.25%, Zr 0.1 내지 0.3%, C 0.2 내지 0.4%, 나머지 Fe로 이루어지는 것인 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 실온 저항성이 80 내지 400 μΩㆍ cm인 전기 저항 가열 부재인 것인 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 3% 이상의 실온 연성을 나타내는 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 6암페어 이하와 10볼트 이하의 전압이 합금을 통과할 때 1초 이내에 900℃로 가열되는 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 3시간 동안 공기 중에서 1000℃로 가열될 때 4% 미만의 증량을 나타내는 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 주위 온도 내지 900℃의 가열 사이클 전체에서 0.05 내지 7 Ω의 저항을 가지는 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 주위 온도 내지 900℃의 가열 사이클 전체에서 80 내지 200 Ωcm의 고유저항을 가지는 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 실온 영역내 감소가 14% 이상인 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 실온 연신율이 15% 이상인 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 실온 항복강도가 350 N/㎟(50ksi) 이상인 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 실온 인장강도가 550 N/㎟(80ksi) 이상인 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 800℃에서의 고온 영역내 감소가 30% 이상인 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 800℃에서의 고온 연신율이 30% 이상인 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 800℃에서의 고온 항복강도가 50N/㎟ (7ksi) 이상인 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 800℃에서의 고온 인장강도가 70N/㎟ (10ksi) 이상인 철-베이스 합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 각 사이클에서 0.5 내지 5초 동안 실온에서 1000℃까지 가열하였을 때 분쇄되지 않고 10,000 사이클 이상의 열적 피로 내성을 나타내는 것인 철-베이스 합금.
