Claims (10)
- 단량체를 역상현탁법으로 반응시켜 흡수성 수지를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,(a) ⅰ) 단량체, ⅱ) 화학식 1로 표현되는 화합물, 화학식 2로 표현되는 화합물 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 음이온계 유화제, ⅲ) 개시제 및 ⅳ) 물을 함유하는 단량체 수용액;과(b) 용매를 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제조방법:[화학식 1][화학식 2]상기 화학식 1 및 화학식 2에서 R1은 소수성의 알킬 또는 알킬알릴(alkyl aryl)기이며 탄소수가 6 - 22이고, M은 수소(H), 소디움(Na), 포타슘(K), 리튬(Li)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되며, R2는 에틸렌 또는 프로필렌이며, n은 2 내지 50의 정수이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단량체 수용액은 비이온계 유화제를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 단량체는 (메타)아크릴산 ((meth)acrylic acid), (메타)아크릴산의 알칼리 염, (메타)아크릴산의 암모늄 염, 2-(메타)아크릴아마이드-2-메틸 설포네이트(2-(meth)acrylamide-2-methyl sulfonate) 및 2-(메타)아크릴아마이드-2-메틸 설포네이트의 알칼리금속 염으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 이온성 수용성 단량체;(메타)아크릴아마이드((meth)acrylamide), N,N-디메틸아크릴아마이드(N,N-dimethylacrylamide), 2-히드록시에틸(메타)아크릴레이트 (2-hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate) 및 N-메티롤(메타)아크릴아마이드 (N-methylol(meth)acrylamide)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 비이온계 단량체; 및디에틸아미노에틸(메타)아크릴레이트 (diethylaminoethyl (meth)acrylate), 디메틸아미노프로필(메타)아크릴레이트 (dimethylaminopropyl (meth)acrylate) 및 그들의 4급 염으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 아미노기를 갖는 불포화 단량체;로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종의 화합물 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 단량체 수용액에서 상기 단량체의 농도가 20 중량% 이상이고, 중화도가 30 몰% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 음이온계 유화제의 사용량은 단량체 100 중량부당 0.01 내지 10 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 개시제는 과산화수소(hydrogen peroxide), 터셔리부틸 하이드로퍼옥사이드 (t-butyl hydroperoxide), 퍼설페이트계로서 포타슘 퍼설페이트(potassium persulfate), 소디움 퍼설페이트(sodium persulfate), 암모늄 퍼설페이트(ammonium persulfate), 아조화합물로서 2-2’-아조비스 (2-아미노디프로판) 디하이드로크로라이드(2,2'-azobis-(2-aminodipropane) dihydrochloride), 2,2’-아조비스-N,N’-디메틸렌이소부틸아미딘 디하이드로크로라이드(2,2'-azobis-(N,N'-dimethyleneisobutylamidine) dihydrochloride) 및 2,2’-아조비스 {2-메틸-N-[1,1-비스(히드록시메틸)-2-히드록시-에틸]프로피온아마이드} (2,2'-azobis{2-methyl-N-[1,1-bis(hydroxymethyl)-2-hydroxy-ethyl]propionamide})로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종의 화합물 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물이며, 개시제의 사용량은 단량체 100 중량부당 0.001 내지 5 중량부를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 n-펜탄(n-pentane), n-헥산(n-hexane), n-헵탄(n-heptane), 리그로인(ligroin), 시클로 펜탄(cyclopentane), 메틸시클로 펜탄(methylcyclopentane), 시클로 헥산(cyclohexane), 메틸시클로 헥산(methylcyclohexane), 벤젠(benzene), 톨루엔 (toluene), 자이렌(xylene) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 단량체 수용액은 가교제를 더욱 포함하거나 또는 상기 단량체 수용액과 용매의 반응 종결 후 가교제를 투입하며, 상기 가교제는 적어도 2개 이상의 중합 가능한 불포화 기(polymerizable unsaturated groups)를 갖고 있는 화합물 또는 단량체와 반응이 가능한 2개 이상의 반응성 관능기 (reactive functional groups)를 갖고 있는 디글리시딜 에테르 화합물, 할로 에폭시 화합물 및 이소시아네이트 화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되며, 상기 가교제의 사용량은 상기 단량체 100 중량부당 10 중량부의 범위 이내에서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 단량체 수용액은 소디움 하이포포스파이트를 더욱 포함하며, 상기 소디움 하이포포스파이트의 사용량은 상기 단량체 100 중량부당 0.0001 내지 0.1 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 비이온계의 유화제로는 솔비탄의 지방산에스테르(sorbitan fatty acid ester), 폴리옥시솔비탄의 지방산 에스테르(polyoxysorbitan fatty acid ester), 수크로스의 지방산 에스테르(sucrose fatty acid ester), 폴리그리세린의 지방산 에스테르(polyglycerin fatty acid ester), 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬페닐 에테르(polyoxyethylene alkylphenyl ether), 에틸 셀룰로오스(ethyl cellulose), 에틸하이드록시셀룰로오스(ethylhydroxycellulose), 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드(polyethylene oxide), 무수 폴리에틸렌 말리에이트(anhydrous polyethylene maleate), 무수 폴리부타디엔 말리에이트(anhydrous polybutadiene maleate), 무수 에틸렌 말리에이트-프로필렌-디엔 3원 공중합체(anhydrous ethylene maleate-propylene-diene terpolymer), 알파올레핀과 무수말레인산의 공중합체 또는 그 유도체, 폴리옥시에틸렌-폴리옥시프로필렌의 블록 공중합체(polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene block polymer) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되며, 상기 비이온계 유화제의 사용량은 상기 단량체 100 중량부당 0.01 내지 10 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
