Claims (6)
- (a) 수-불혼화성인 유기 용매 중에서, 원한다면 물의 존재하에 하기 화학식 IIa의 3-이소프로필-2,1,3-벤조티아디아진-4-온 2,2-옥사이드를 하기 화학식 IIIa의 아민 또는 하기 화학식 IIIb의 암모늄염과 반응시키고,(b) 하기 화학식 I의 염을 물에 용해시키는 것을 포함하는, 하기 화학식 I의 3-이소프로필-2,1,3-벤조티아디아진-4-온 2,2-디옥사이드의 염의 제조 방법.<화학식 I>(식 중, R1, R2, R3및 R4기는 독립적으로 수소, 저급 알킬 또는 저급 히드록시알킬임).<화학식 IIa><화학식 IIIa><화학식 IIIb>(식 중, X는 4 보다 큰 pKA를 갖는 산의 음이온 또는 히드록실 이온이고, n은 음이온 X의 음 전하의 수와 동일하다).
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 유기 용매가 1,2-디클로로에탄인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R1내지 R4기가 수소인 화학식 IIIa의 아민 또는 화학식 IIIb의 암모늄염이 사용되는 방법.
- (a) 물 중에서 하기 화학식 IIa의 3-이소프로필-2,1,3-벤조티아디아진-4-온 2,2-디옥사이드를 하기 화학식 IIIb의 암모늄염과 반응시키거나, 또는(b) 물 중에서 하기 화학식 IIb의 3-이소프로필-2,1,3-벤조티아디아진-4-온 2,2-디옥사이드의 나트륨염을 하기 화학식 IIIc의 암모늄염과 반응시키는 것을 포함하는, 하기 화학식 I의 3-이소프로필-2,1,3-벤조티아디아진-4-온 2,2-디옥사이드의 염의 제조 방법.<화학식 I>(식 중, R1, R2, R3및 R4기는 독립적으로 수소, 저급 알킬 또는 저급 히드록시알킬임).<화학식 IIa><화학식 IIIb>(식 중, X는 4 보다 큰 pKA를 갖는 산의 음이온 또는 히드록실 이온이고, n은 음이온 X의 음 전하의 수와 동일하다).<화학식 IIb><화학식 IIIc>(식 중, Y는 산의 음이온이고, n은 음이온 Y의 음 전하의 수와 동일하다).
