Claims (5)
- 고무 100 중량부당 (A) 트레드의 고무를 기준으로 ( i ) 20 내지 60 %의 이소프렌을 함유하고 유리 전이 온도(Tg)가 -35℃ 내지 -50℃인 20 내지 50 phr의 이소프렌/부타디엔 공중합체 고무(IBR-1), ( ii ) 15 내지 40 %의 이소프렌을 함유하고 Tg가 -65℃ 내지 -90℃인 20 내지 50 phr의 이소프렌/부타디엔 공중합체 고무(IBR-2) (단, IBR-2의 Tg는 IBR-1의 Tg보다 30℃ 이상 낮다) 및 (iii) 시스 함량이 90 내지 99 %이고 Tg가 -85℃ 내지 -105℃인 20 내지 50 phr의 시스 1,4-폴리부타디엔 고무(시스-BR 고무)를 포함하는 3원 디엔계 엘라스토머;(B) 30 내지 110 phr의 침강된 입상 실리카;(C) 상기 실리카의 표면과 반응성 있는 실란 잔기, 및 상기 엘라스토머와 상호 작용성이 있는 잔기를 갖되, 실리카 대 커플러의 중량비가 8/1 내지 20/1인 하나 이상의 실리카 커플러; 및(D) 5 내지 50 phr의 카본 블랙을 포함하되, 실리카 대 카본 블랙의 중량비가 1/1 이상이고, 실리카와 카본 블랙의 총합이 40 내지 120 phr인 고무 트레드를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 타이어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 트레드에서, 실리카 및 카본 블랙 강화 충전제를 실리카와 카본 블랙의 총합이 70 내지 105 phr이도록 실리카 50 내지 100 phr 및 카본 블랙 5 내지 30phr를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 트레드 고무가, 비닐 함량 30 내지 55 %의 중급 비닐 폴리부타디엔(medium vinyl polybutadiene, MVBR), 비닐 함량 55 내지 75 %의 고급 비닐 부타디엔(high vinyl polybutadiene, HVBR); Tg -20℃ 내지 -50℃의 3,4-폴리이소프렌 및 Tg -60℃ 내지 -70℃의 시스 1,4-폴리이소프렌으로부터 선택된 Tg 20℃ 내지 -70℃의 하나 이상의 추가 엘라스토머 5 내지 30 phr을 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 실리카 커플러가 그의 황 가교내의 연결 황원자수가 2 내지 8인 비스-3-(트리에톡시실릴프로필) 폴리설파이드임을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 실리카 커플러가 그의 황 가교내의 연결 황원자수가 2 내지 8인 비스-(트리알콕시실릴알킬)폴리설파이드임을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
