Claims (7)
- 용액의 중화, 존재하는 철(III)의 환원 및 용해된 아연의 제거를 포함하여, 금속으로서 철, 아연 및 추가의 중금속을 함유하는 산성의 금속 함유 용액을 정제시키는 방법으로서,a) 상기 금속 함유 용액에 자철광, 금속 철 또는 이들 모두를 첨가하여 중화시키는 단계,b) 상기 금속 함유 용액에 히드록사이드 또는 카보네이트를 첨가하여 추가로 중화시키는 단계,c) 술파이드를 첨가하여 용액중의 중금속을 침전시키고, 침전된 금속-술파이드를 여과에 의해 회수시키는 단계, 및d) 잔류 용액중의 철(II)을 철(II)로 산화시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 10 내지 80℃의 온도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 황산철(II) 7수화물의 결정이 상기 금속 함유 용액의 출발 물질로서 사용됨을 특징으로 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 50℃에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 황산철(II) 7수화물을 산화시키려는 잔류 철(II) 용액에 첨가하여, 정제된 용액의 철 함량을 증가시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 함유 용액을 추가의 중화 단계에서 pH 4.5로 중화시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 이온 교환기를 사용하는 이온 교환 처리에 의해 c)의 여과된 용액으로부터 아연을 회수하고, 이 아연을 pH 8.5에서 탄산아연으로서 침전시켜 이온 교환기로부터 회수함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
