Claims (3)
- 마이크로렌즈의 제조 방법에 있어서,실리콘 기판위에 마이크로 단위의 미세구조를 지닌 예비 플라스틱 제품을 예비성형 하는 단계;상기 성형공정으로부터 플라스틱 제품의 예비성형이 완료되면 그 제품을 리플로우 방식에 의하여 곡률을 가지는 렌즈형상을 지닌 마스터로 제조하는 단계;상기 리플로우 공정을 통해 렌즈 형상을 지닌 마스터의 제조가 완료되면 그 윗면에 전기주조를 위한 전도체형성용 시드메탈층을 코팅하고 전기주조를 실행하는 단계;상기 전기주조를 통하여 렌즈의 반대 형상을 지닌 몰드인서트를 제작하는 단계;상기 몰드인서트를 기초로 마이크로렌즈를 성형하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로렌즈 제조방법.
