Claims (7)
- 미리 규정 가능한 사이클 시간(t1)으로 처리되고 펄스들의 열을 포함하는 출력 신호(S1)를 출력하는 회전 속도 센서들(10)에서의 결함(fault)들을 검출하기 위한 방법으로서, 제 1 단계(SCH1)에서는 펄스 에지가 선행하는 사이클 시간(t1) 내에 발생하는 지 여부를 결정하기 위해 검사되는, 상기 검출 방법에 있어서,상기 제 1 단계(SCH1)에서 상기 사이클 시간(t1) 내에 펄스 에지가 발생하지 않은 것으로 검출되면, 선행하는 사이클 시간(t1(n-1)) 또는 현재 사이클 시간(t1(m))으로부터 각각 결정되는 필터링된 변수들과 필터링되지 않은 변수들이 함께 평가되는 미리 규정가능한 조건들을 검출하기 위해 추가적인 단계들이 실행되고, 상기 미리 규정가능한 조건들 중 적어도 하나가 충족되는 것으로 검출되는 경우에 결함 신호(S4)가 출력되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 회전 속도 센서에서의 결함 검출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,차륜 속도들은 미리 규정가능한 펄스 에지들 간의 시간 간격으로부터 결정되고, 결함들을 검출하기 위해, 단계(SCH2)에서, 차륜 속도로부터 형성된 필터링된 차륜 속도(Vgef)가 제 1 문턱값(SW1)을 초과하는지 여부가 검사되고,또한, 단계(SCH3)에서, 선행하는 사이클 간격에서 형성된 필터링된 차륜 속도와 현재 사이클에서 결정된 필터링된 차륜 속도 간의 시간적 미분(chronologicalderivation)(DVGEF)이 제 2 문턱값(SW2)을 초과하는지 여부를 결정하기 위해 검사되고, 상기 3개의 조건들이 충족되는 경우에 결함 상태(S4)가 출력되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 회전 속도 센서에서의 결함 검출 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 문턱값들(SW1,SW2)은 차량들의 잠김 방지 제어(anti-lock control)의 프로세스들과 관련하여 개연성 있는 변수들(plausible variables)로서 규정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 회전 속도 센서에서의 결함 검출 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 센서 신호에서의 전자기 간섭이 검출될 수 있도록 하는 추가적인 결함 검출들이 발생하고, 간섭이 검출되지 않은 경우에만 결함 검출이 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 회전 속도 센서에서의 결함 검출 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,차량 기준 속도(FZREF)가 제 3 문턱값(SW3)을 초과하는 것으로 검출되는 경우에만 상기 결함 검출이 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 회전 속도 센서에서의 결함 검출 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,수막 현상(aquaplaning)의 발생이 검출될 수 있도록 하는 감시(monitoring)가 추가적으로 존재하고, 상기 수막 현상이 검출되지 않을 때에만 결함 검출이 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 회전 속도 센서에서의 결함 검출 방법.
- 재1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 사이클 시간(t1)은 미리 규정 가능한 속도들로 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 회전 속도 센서에서의 결함 검출 방법.
