Claims (4)
- 구동전원입력단과 변압을 수행하는 DC/AC 컨버터의 사이에 연결되어 상기 DC/AC 컨버터로의 전원공급을 결정하는 버크 스위치와, 상기 DC/AC 컨버터의 입력단에 연결되어 분압을 수행하는 동시에 회로의 초기 구동시에 전류경로를 제공하는 과전압 보호회로를 구비하고 있는 LCD 백라이트 인버터에 있어서:후단에 구비되어 있는 백라이트 램프의 온/오프 상태에 따른 전압의 크기를 감지하는 피드백 신호의 크기와 제 1기준전압의 크기를 비교하여 그 비교치를 출력하는 제 1비교부와;상기 과전압 보호부에서 분압된 전압의 크기와 제 2기준전압의 크기를 비교하여 그 비교치를 출력하는 제 2비교부와;상기 제 1비교부와 제 2비교부의 출력신호를 입력받아 해당 비교신호에 따라 상기 버크 스위치의 온/오프 상태를 제어하는 스위칭 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD 백라이트 인버터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1비교부는 백라이트 램프의 온/오프 상태에 따른 전압의 크기를 감지하는 상기 피드백 신호를 반전 데이터 입력단에 입력받고 비반전 데이터 입력단에는 제 1기준신호를 입력받아 이를 비교하여 출력하는 제 1에러증폭기와;상기 제 1에러증폭기의 출력단과 반전 데이터 입력단 사이에 연결되어 있는 제 1콘덴서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD 백라이트 인버터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2비교부는 상기 과전압 보호회로에서 분압되는 전압을 반전 데이터 입력단에 입력받고 비반전 데이터 입력단에는 제 2기준신호를 입력받아 이를 비교하여 출력하는 비교기와;상기 비교기의 출력단과 반전 데이터 입력단사이에 연결되어 있는 제 2콘덴서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD 백라이트 인버터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2비교부는 상기 과전압 보호회로에서 분압되는 전압을 반전 데이터 입력단에 입력받고 비반전 데이터 입력단에는 제 2기준신호를 입력받아 이를 비교하여 출력하는 제 2에러증폭기와;상기 제 2에러증폭기의 출력단과 반전 데이터 입력단사이에 연결되어 있는 제 3콘덴서; 및상기 제 2에러증폭기의 출력단에 캐소드 단자가 연결되고 애노드 단자는 제 1비교부의 출력단에 연결되는 다이오드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD 백라이트 인버터.
