Claims (3)
- DC-DC 컨버터 컨트롤 회로를 포함하는 반도체 장치에 있어서,상기 DC-DC 컨버터 컨트롤 회로는,전력 공급 전압값에 따라 부스팅 동작과 디부스팅 동작 간을 전환하는 기능;상승 동작시 활성화 펄스를 출력하여 부스팅 동작을 수행하는 기능; 및전압 검출 회로를 포함하고,상기 DC-DC 컨버터 컨트롤 회로의 상승 동작은 상기 전압 검출 회로로부터의 출력 신호에 따라 제어되는, DC-DC 컨버터 컨트롤 회로를 포함하는 반도체 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전압 검출 회로는 상기 DC-DC 컨버터 컨트롤 회로에 공급되는 전력 공급 전압을 감시하여 DC-DC 컨버터 컨트롤 회로의 동작이 부스팅 동작인지 디부스팅 동작인지를 판정하는, DC-DC 컨버터 컨트롤 회로를 포함하는 반도체 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어는 상기 DC-DC 컨버터 컨트롤 회로의 동작이 상승 동작시 디부스팅 동작인 것을 상기 전압 검출 회로가 판정하는 경우에 활성화 펄스를 출력하지 않도록 수행되는, DC-DC 컨버터 컨트롤 회로를 포함하는 반도체 장치.
