Claims (3)
- 반사형 액정 표시 장치에 있어서,절연성 기판 상에, 복수의 게이트 신호선과 복수의 드레인 신호선이 서로 교차하여 둘러싸여 이루어지는 표시 화소 영역에 상기 양 신호선에 접속된 박막 트랜지스터와, 상기 박막 트랜지스터에 접속되며 반사 재료로 이루어지는 반사 표시 전극을 구비한 노멀리 화이트 모드의 반사형 액정 표시 장치로서,상기 반사 표시 전극이 상기 박막 트랜지스터 상측, 상기 게이트 신호선 상측 및 인접하는 상기 표시 화소 영역에까지 연장하여 이루어지고, 상기 게이트 신호선과 병행(竝行)하여 라인 형상으로 형성된 각 반사 표시 전극 간의 간극이 상기 게이트 신호선과 중첩하지 않으며,상기 박막 트랜지스터는 상기 게이트 신호선의 일부를 이루는 제1 게이트 전극과, 제1 절연막과, 채널, 소스 및 드레인을 구비한 반도체막과, 제2 절연막을 구비하고, 상기 제2 절연막 상에서 상기 채널 상측에 상기 제1 게이트 전극에 접속된 제2 게이트 전극을 구비하는 반사형 액정 표시 장치.
- 반사형 액정 표시 장치에 있어서,절연성 기판 상에 복수의 게이트 신호선과 복수의 드레인 신호선이 서로 교차하여 둘러싸여 이루어지는 표시 화소 영역에 상기 양 신호선에 접속된 박막 트랜지스터와, 상기 박막 트랜지스터에 접속되며 반사 재료로 이루어지는 반사 표시 전극을 구비한 노멀리 화이트 모드의 반사형 액정 표시 장치로서,상기 반사 표시 전극이 상기 박막 트랜지스터 상측, 상기 드레인 신호선 상측 및 인접하는 상기 표시 화소 영역에까지 연장하여 이루어지고, 상기 드레인 신호선과 병행하여 라인 형상으로 형성된 각 반사 표시 전극 간의 간극이 상기 드레인 신호선과 중첩하지 않으며,상기 박막 트랜지스터는 상기 게이트 신호선의 일부를 이루는 제1 게이트 전극과, 제1 절연막과, 채널, 소스 및 드레인을 구비한 반도체막과, 제2 절연막을 구비하고, 상기 제2 절연막 상에서 상기 채널 상측에 상기 제1 게이트 전극에 접속된 제2 게이트 전극을 구비하는 반사형 액정 표시 장치.
