Description
Claims (9)
- 감광체;상기 감광체의 전위를 대전 전위로 상승시키는 대전장치;상기 감광체에 빔을 조사하여 정전잠상을 형성하는 노광장치;상기 감광체에 비휘발성 캐리어가 분산매인 고농도 현상액을 공급하는 현상액 공급장치;상기 고농도 현상액을 공급받아 고농도 현상 필름을 형성하여 상기 정전잠상을 현상하는 현상장치;상기 감광체와 접촉하여 상기 현상된 화상을 기록매체로 이동시키는 전사장치; 및상기 전사된 화상을 상기 캐리어의 인화점보다 낮은 온도로 상기 기록매체에 정착시키는 정착장치;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 전자사진 화상형성장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 비휘발성 캐리어는 퍼플르오르카본, 실리콘 오일, 식물성 오일 및 하이드로 카본 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 전자사진 화상형성장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 비휘발성 캐리어는 비유전성이며 표면장력이 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 전자사진 화상형성장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 비휘발성 캐리어는 90℃이상의 인화점을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 전자사진 화상형성장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고농도 현상액은 2% 내지 40%의 농도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 전자사진 화상형성장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 고농도 현상액은 30℃이상의 유리전이온도(Tg)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 전자사진 화상형성장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 고농도 현상액은 상기 캐리어의 인화점보다 20도 이상 높지 않은 녹는점(Tm)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 전자사진 화상형성장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 현상장치는 고농도 잉크 필름을 형성하는 미터링 장치를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 전자사진 화상형성장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전사장치는,상기 감광체와 접촉하여 상기 현상된 화상을 이동시키는 중간전사벨트;상기 현상된 화상을 상기 중간전사벨트로부터 상기 기록매체로 전사시키는 전사 롤러;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 전자사진 화상형성장치.
