Claims (8)
- 내연기관의 연소실 입구의 흡기밸브부에 접속되고, 공기를 내연기관의 연소실에 도입하는 복수개의 독립흡기관,해당 독립흡기관에 접속됨과 동시에 도입된 상기 공기를 상기 독립흡기관에 분배하는 콜렉터,상기 독립흡기관의 벽면에 설치되어 상기 공기에 연료를 공급하는 연료분사밸브,상기 독립흡기관에 설치되어, 린 연소시나 아이들이나 저온시에 닫히는 보조 밸브,해당 보조밸브를 바이패스하여 일단이 상기 콜렉터에 접속되고, 타단이 상기 연료분사밸브의 분사구의 양측에서 독립흡기관 통로부에 접속되는 곧은 통로로 형성된 2개의 흡기통로를 가지며,상기 2개의 흡기통로로부터 분출하는 공기흐름의 방향을, 상기 연료분사밸브로부터 분무되는 연료분무의 방향에 일치시키며, 해당 공기흐름과 연료분무가 상기 내연기관의 흡기밸브에 이를 때까지 교차하는 일이 없도록 구성한 내연기관의 흡기장치.
- 내연기관의 연소실 입구의 흡기밸브부에 접속되고, 공기를 내연기관의 연소실에 도입하는 복수개의 독립흡기관,해당 독립흡기관에 접속됨과 동시에 도입된 상기 공기를 상기 독립흡기관에 분배하는 콜렉터,상기 독립흡기관의 벽면에 설치되어 연료를 공급하는 연료분사밸브,상기 독립흡기관에 설치되어 기관의 특정한 운전상태에서 닫히는 보조밸브,일단이 상기 콜렉터에 개구되고, 상기 보조밸브를 바이패스하여 그 타단이상기 연료분사밸브의 분사구의 양측에서 상기 독립흡기관 통로부에 개구되는 곧은 통로로 형성된 2개의 흡기통로를 구비한 내연기관의 흡기장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 독립흡기관내에 설치된 상기 2개의 흡기통로의 상류측 개구부와 하류측 개구부와의 사이의 거리가, 상기 독립흡기관의 상기 2개의 흡기통로의 상류측 개구부와 하류측 개구부와의 사이의 거리와 거의 같도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 2개의 흡기통로로부터 분출하는 공기의 흐름과, 상기 연료분사밸브로부리 분출하는 연료의 흐름이 거의 평행하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 2개의 흡기통로로부터 분출하는 공기의 흐름과, 상기 연료분사밸브로부터 분출하는 연료의 흐름이, 상기 내연기관의 흡기밸브의 표면상에서 충돌하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 2개의 흡기통로의 상류측 개구부가, 상기 2개의 흡기통로의 하류측 개구부가 개구하는 상기 독립흡기관이 접속된 상기 콜렉터내에 개구된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 보조밸브의 열림 정도를, 상기 내연기관의 운전상태에 따라 변화시키도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 보조밸브의 일부를 잘라 빼낸 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기장치.
