Claims (9)
- 극저온 화학흡착식 초고순도 질소 제조 방법으로서,하나 이상의 수소, 산소, 또는 일산화탄소 불순물을 함유하는 질소 가스를 150。K 이하의 온도에서 니켈, 구리, 팔라듐 및 철 중 하나 이상을 함유하는 금속 함유 흡착제와 접촉시키는 단계와, 그리고실질적으로 수소, 산소, 및 일산화탄소를 함유하지 않는 초고순도 질소를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 흡착제가 니켈을 함유하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 흡착제가 알루미나를 포함하는 기재 상에 기계적으로 지지된 산화니켈(II)인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 흡착제를 약 120℃ 이상의 온도에서 재생시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 흡착제가 수소와 초고순도 질소의 혼합물과 접촉하여 재생되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 질소 가스가 극저온 정류 칼럼으로부터 배출되는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 초고순도 질소의 일부분이 상기 극저온 정류 칼럼의 상부로 도입되는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 극저온 정류 칼럼으로부터 초고순도 액체 질소를 회수하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 질소 가스가 액체 질소 저장 탱크로부터 배출되는 방법.
