Claims (4)
- 주파수 상향 변환기에서 소정 이득으로 출력된 신호를 고전력 증폭기에 의해 증폭하고, 그 증폭된 신호에서 한 주파수대의 신호만을 필터링하는 필터부와, 안테나를 통해 최종 출력되는 신호의 레벨에 따라 상기 주파수 상향 변환기의 송신이득값을 제어하는 제어회로부를 포함하는 송신전력 제어회로에 있어서,안테나를 통해 송신되는 출력신호를 입력받아, 주파수 상향 변환기 내부에서 발생하는 로컬 주파수(LOCAL1)를 송신전력 검출을 위해 중간주파 신호로 변환하는 제2믹싱기(MIX2)와; 주파수 상향 변환기로 입력되는 중간주파 신호를 고주파 신호로 변환하기 위한 제1믹싱기(MIX1)와; 상기 제1, 제2 믹싱기에 로컬 주파수를 공동으로 인가하기 위한 방향성 분배기와; 상기 제어회로부의 제어에 의해 제어회로부에서 출력되는 송신 이득값, 또는 상향변환기 내부의 송신이득 제어기에서 출력되는 이득 제어 전압을 선택적으로 감쇠기에 인가하는 스위칭부와; 상기 제2믹싱기의 출력을 입력받아 필터링하는 SAW 필터와; 상기 필터의 출력신호에 의해 송신전력을 검출하여 상기 송신이득 제어기 또는 제어회로부로 출력하는 출력신호 검출기를 더 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 송신전력 제어회로.
