Claims (4)
- 상대 점도 (RV)가 40 이상인 나일론 66 로이 (LOY) 필라멘트사 (1)를 3개 이상의 가열가능한 연신 롤 유닛 (2, 3, 4 및(또는) 2, 3, 4, 7)에 의해 다단계 연신하고, 연신된 실 (5)을 원통형 실 지지대 (6)상으로 직접 권취시키며, 완화 비율 4 내지 10%에서 권취 전의 최종 연신 롤 유닛 (4)의 온도는 70 ℃ 내지 160 ℃로 설정되고 권취 장력은 0.2 cN/tex 미만으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 산업용 직물, 특히 에어백 직물용 고강도 고수축성 나일론 66 필라멘트사의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연신이 방사-연신 공정의 통합 부분인 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 권취가 실 6 kg 이상을 함유하는 치즈상으로 수행되는 방법.
- 나일론 66 필라멘트사가 강성 60 cN/tex 이상, 신도 10 내지 25% 및 열풍 수축성 7 내지 11% (160 ℃)를 갖고, 패키지 중심 (치즈)상으로 6 kg 이상의 양으로 권취된 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 직물용 나일론 66 필라멘트사.
