Claims (3)
- 측면과 하부가 각각 인장스프링과 힌지로 실린더 블럭상에 힌지 고정되고, 상부에는 슬롯이 형성되어 여기에 장착된 고정볼트에 대하여 상대적으로 이동가능하도록 장착된 장력 조절기를 포함하는 압축스프링을 이용한 벨트용 가변 장력 조절기 구조에 있어서,상기 장력조절기(10)의 슬롯(11)의 외주부에 인장스프링(12)쪽으로 갈수록 깊어지는 가이드 슬롯(14)을 형성하고,상기 고정볼트(13)에는 가이드 슬롯(14)에 구름 마찰되는 캐리어(30)를 고정 장착하되,상기 캐리어(30)의 하단 내부에는 압축 가능하게 압축스프링(31)이 위치되는 동시에 압축스프링(31)을 압축시킬 수 있는 피스톤(32)이 부착되고, 이 피스톤(32)의 하단에는 상기 장력 조절기(10)의 가이드 슬롯(14) 바닥면과 접촉하는 볼(33)이 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축스프링을 이용한 벨트용 가변 장력 조절기 구조.
