Claims (9)
- 2개모드(mode)의 기공크기분포(bimodal pore size distribution)를 가지며, 그 2개모드의 기공크기분포의 제1최대치는 그 기공크기분포범위 < 5mm에 위치되고, 그 2개모드의 기공크기분포의 제2최대치는 그 기공크기범위 > 6mm에서 위치됨을 특징으로 하는 실리카 또는 실리카 및 제오라이트의 혼합물의 앤티블록킹제(anti-blocking agent).
- 제1항에 있어서,기공용적이 서로 다른 중량비 8:2~2;8의 2종의 앤티블록킹제 혼합물로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 앤티블록킹제.
- 제2항에 있어서,그 2종의 앤티블로킹제는 무정형 실리카겔로 구성되어 있으며, 그 하나는 기공용적 0.9~1.9㎖/g, 표면적 250~500㎡/g, 평균기공직경 7.2~30.4nm를 가지며, 그 다른 하나는 기공용적 0.3~0.6㎖/g, 표면적 500~900㎡/g. 평균기공직경 1.3~4.8nm을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 앤티블록킹제.
- 제1항의 앤티블록킹제의 제조방법에 있어서,일정한 기공크기의 실리카와 기공크기가 다른 실리카 및/또는 제오라이트의혼합물을 미분화시킴을 특징으로 하는 앤티블록킹제의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,입자크기 1~10㎛ 으로 미분화 하는데는 젯밀(jet mill)을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 앤티블록킹제의 제조방법.
- 혼합앤티블록킹 및 슬립제로서 슬립제와 함께 청구범위 제1항에 의한 앤티블록킹제를 사용하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,혼합 앤티블록킹 및 슬립제는 불포화 C18~C22지방산의 하나 또는 그 이상의 아미드 20~80wt%와, 청구범위 제1항에 의한 앤티블록킹제 80~20wt%로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 사용방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,혼합 앤티블록킹 및 슬립제는 마스터 배치(master batch)로 폴리머에 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하는 사용방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,마스터 배치는 폴리올레핀과 그 혼합 앤티블록킹 및 슬립제 10~50wt% 로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 사용방법.
