Claims (14)
- 평균 입자 크기가 3μm 이상인 안료 원료를 습식분쇄하여 평균 입자 크기가 0.1 내지 9 μm 범위이고 비표면적이 6 내지 35 m2/g이 되도록 상태조절된(conditioned) 유기 안료인 교반-혼입형(stir-in) 유기 안료를 고분자량의 유기물질로 된 용액 또는 현탁액 중으로 교반 혼입시킴으로써, 고분자량 유기 물질내에 유효 착색량의 교반-혼입형 유기 안료를 균일하게 분산시키는 것을 포함하는(comprising) 고분자량 유기 물질의 착색 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 교반-혼입형 유기 안료가 아조, 아조메틴, 메틴, 안트라퀴논, 프탈로시아닌, 페리논, 페릴렌, 디케토피롤피롤, 티오인디고, 이미노이소인돌린, 이미노이소인돌리논, 디옥사진, 퀴나크리돈, 플라반트론, 인단트론, 안트라피리미딘, 또는 퀴노프탈론 안료, 바람직하게는 디케토피롤로피롤, 퀴나크리돈, 안트라퀴논, 프탈로시아닌, 디옥사진, 인단트론 또는 이미노이소인돌리논 안료인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 교반-혼입형 유기 안료가 바람직하게는 클로로 치환된 구리 프탈로시아닌 유도체로 안정화된 베타 구리 프탈로시아닌 안료 또는 알파 구리 프탈로시아닌인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 교반-혼입형 유기 안료는 비표면적이 6 내지 30 m2/g, 바람직하게는 6 내지 28 cm2/g 범위이고, 평균 입자 크기가 0.5 내지 7 μm, 바람직하게는 0.7 내지 5 μm 범위의 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안료 원료를 수평 비드 분쇄기 내에서 수성 현탁액 상태로 분쇄하여 제조되는 것인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 안료 원료는 유기 안료, 텍스쳐(texture) 개선제, 응집 방지제 및(또는) 증량제의 총 증량을 기준으로 5 내지 30 증량%의 텍스쳐 개선제, 응집 방지제 및(또는) 증량제 존재하에 분쇄되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 텍스쳐 개선제가 12개 이상의 탄소 원자를 갖는 지방산, 또는 그의 아미드, 에스테르 또는 염과, 지방족 1,2-디올, 에폭시화 대두유, 에톡시화 지방 알콜, 왁스, 수지산 또는 수지산염, 바람직하게는 로진산 또는 로진산 염으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 증량제는 평균 입자 크기가 1 내지 10 μm 범위인 운모, 활석, 카올린, 천연 또는 합성 실리카인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 증량제는 평균 입자 크기가 1 내지 10 μm 범위인 폴리아미드, 폴리에틸렌, 또는 폴리프로필렌 왁스, 그들의 혼합물 또는 공중합체인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 교반-혼입형 안료가,(a) 유기 안료 원료, 로진의 가용성 알칼리 염 그리고 증량제를 포함하는 수성 현탁액을 제조하는 단계,(b) 안료의 입자 크기가 원하는 범위로 될 때까지 수성 현탁액을 연속적으로 수평 비드 분쇄기에 넣어 수성 현탁액을 분쇄하는 단계,(c) 분쇄된 안료 현탁액에 2가 또는 3가의 금속 염을 첨가하는 단계, 및(d) 교반-혼입형 안료를 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 방법으로 제조되는 것인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 교반-혼입형 안료가 유동층 건조법, 분무 건조법 또는 트레이 건조법으로 건조되고, 바람직하게는 이어서 초미세분쇄(micropulverization)하여 제조되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 교반-혼입형 유기 안료는 양극단의 입자들이 평균 입자 크기 보다 3 내지 20배 크거나 작은 넓은 입자 크기 분포를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고분자량의 유기 물질이 수성 또는 용매형 자동차용 페인트계인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고분자량의 유기 물질이 후속적으로 캘린더링(calendering), 캐스팅(casting), 몰딩(molding)되거나 또는 섬유로 가공되는 플라스틱인 방법.
