Claims (6)
- 충분히 반응하여 폴리우레탄 발포체를 형성할 수 있는, 폴리이소시아네이트및이소시아네이트 반응성 성분을 포함하는 반응 혼합물로 가요성 페이싱(facing)을 상부층으로 하여 이면 발포(back-foaming)시켜 복합체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 가요성 페이싱이 10 mm 미만의 두께를 갖고, 폴리우레탄 발포체가 300 g/l 미만의 밀도,100x10 -6 /K 미만의 열팽창율(DIN 53752에 따라 측정함) 및 200 내지 900 kPa의 40% 압축시 파쇄 경도(DIN 53577에 따라 측정함)를갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 페이싱이 2 mm 미만의 두께를 갖고, 상기 폴리우레탄 발포체가 20 내지 150 g/l의 밀도를 갖고 이소시아누레이트기를 더 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 발포체가 20 내지 90 g/l의 밀도를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기폴리우레탄 발포체가 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트계의 폴리이소시아네이트를 함유하는 반응 혼합물로부터 제조되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 페이싱이 플라스틱 시트, 플라스틱 쉘, 텍스타일 시트, 피혁 및 금속박으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 방법.
- 충분히 반응하여 폴리우레탄 발포체를 형성할 수 있는, 폴리이소시아네이트 및 이소시아네이트 반응성 성분을 포함하는 반응 혼합물로 가요성 페이싱을 상부층으로 하여 이면 발포시켜 제조된 복합체로서, 가요성 페이싱의 10 mm 미만의 두께를 갖고, 폴리우레탄 발포체가 300 g/ℓ 미만의 밀도, 100x10 -6 /K 미만의 열팽창율(DIN 53752에 따라 측정함) 및 200 내지 900 kPa의 40% 압축시 파쇄 경도(DIN 53577에 따라 측정함)를 갖는 복합체.
