Claims (4)
- 다수의 게이트라인들과 다수의 데이터라인들이 교차되게 형성되는 액정패널과,상기 게이트라인을 구동하기 위한 스캐닝신호를 생성하는 게이트 구동회로와,상기 데이터라인을 구동하기 위한 비디오 데이터를 생성하는 데이터 구동회로와,상기 게이트라인들 각각에 연결되어 상기 게이트라인에 스캐닝신호를 공급하며 상기 액정패널의 가장자리에 형성되는 게이트 패드와,상기 데이터라인들 각각에 연결되어 상기 데이터라인에 비디오 데이터를 공급하며 상기 게이트 패드와 나란하게 상기 액정패널 상에 형성되는 데이터 패드와,상기 게이트구동회로와 데이터 구동회로가 실장되며 상기 게이트패드 및 데이터패드에 접속되는 제1 가요성 인쇄회로필름과,상기 제1 가요성 인쇄회로필름과 접속되며 상기 게이트구동회로 및 데이터구동회로에 구동신호를 공급하기 위한 공급라인이 형성된 제2 가요성 인쇄회로필름을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치를 이용한 휴대 정보 단말기.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 가요성 인쇄회로 필름 상에는 상기 게이트 구동회로 및 데이터 구동회로에 필요한 타이밍 제어신호와 데이터를 공급하기 위한 타이밍 콘트롤러가 실장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치를 이용한 휴대 정보 단말기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제2 가요성 인쇄 회로필름을 통해 상기 제1 가요성 인쇄회로필름에 제어신호와 데이터를 공급하기 위한 회로들이 실장되는 메인보드와,상기 제2 가요성 인쇄회로 필름의 끝단에 설치되어 상기 메인보드의 잭에 연결되는 커넥터를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치를 이용한 휴대 정보 단말기.
