Claims (10)
- 고무 본체와, 이 고무 본체 내에 매입된 내인장 부재와, 전체적으로 편평한 외부 벨트 배면으로 종결되는 오버코드부와, 언더코드부를 포함하는 동력 전달 벨트에 있어서, 상기 외부 벨트 배면에는 반경 방향의 신축성이 있는 관형의 시임없는 직물 재료가 위치하고, 이 관형의 직물 재료의 하면에는 고무층이 부착되어 상기 관형의 직물 재료와 상기 내인장 부재와의 사이에 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형의 직물 재료는 시임없는 관형의 편물 재료이며, 이 관형의 편물 재료를 형성하는 얀들의 섬유들은 상기 외부 벨트 배면에 위치하면서 상기 고무 본체 내에 완전히 덮이지 않은 것인 동력 전달 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형의 직물 재료는 원형 저지 니트(jersey knit)인 것인 동력 전달 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부 벨트 배면에 인쇄되어 있는 전사 라벨을 구비하고, 상기 외부 벨트 배면에는 소음을 일으키는 큰 단차가 없는 것인 동력 전달 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반경 방향의 신축성이 있는 관형의 시임없는 직물 재료는 상기 고무 본체에 완전히 덮인 것인 동력 전달 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 언더코드부에 위치한 리브에 이산된 강화 섬유가 충전된 다중 V 리브 벨트 형태인 것인 동력 전달 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스프로켓의 이빨과 맞물리는 복수 개의 이빨이 벨트 본체의 하부에 위치하는 동기식 벨트 형태인 것인 동력 전달 벨트.
- (a) 벨트 형성 드럼의 외면 둘레에 반경 방향의 신축성이 있는 관형의 시임없는 직물 재료를 부착하고, 이 관형의 시임없는 직물 재료 위에 부착 고무층의 역할을 하는 고무층을 둘러싸고, 이 고무층의 둘레에 내인장 코드 부재를 나선형으로 감고, 이 나선형으로 감긴 내인장 코드 부재의 외부 위에 추가의 고무층을 부착함으로써 가황될 수 있는 벨트 슬리브를 형성하는 공정과,(b) 상기 벨트 슬리브에 열과 압력을 인가해서 이를 가황 처리하는 공정을 포함하는 것인 동력 전달 벨트 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 벨트 형성 드럼과 상기 반경 방향의 신축성이 있는 관형의 시임없는 직물 재료와의 사이에 여러 표시가 인쇄되어 있는 박막 전사 라벨을 부착하는 공정을 포함하는 것인 동력 전달 벨트 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 반경 방향의 신축성이 있는 직물 재료는 관형의 시임없는 편포인 것인 동력 전달 벨트 제조 방법.
