Claims (3)
- 케이싱(5)의 내부에 활성알루미나층(110)과 제올라이트 분자체(120)를 구비하여 공기 중에서 산소 및 질소를 생산하는 심냉 분리법에 사용되는 흡착탑(adsorber)에 있어서, 상기 활성알루미나층(110)과 제올라이트 분자체(120)의 사이에는 열전도도가 좋은 탄소섬유 매트(10)를 다공성 격판(20)상에 위치시켜 사용함으로서 열전달 속도의 향상 및 기체의 고른 분포를 이루고, 상기 탄소섬유 매트(10)의 외주 모서리에는 방열판(30)을 장착하여 케이싱(5)의 외측으로 돌출토록 함으로써 냉각 효율을 향상시키도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유매트를 가진 공기분리 전처리 흡착탑.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 방열판(30)은 알루미늄 또는 구리와 같은 열전도도가 양호한 재료이며, 상기 방열판(30)의 외경은 케이싱(5)의 외경보다 커서 케이싱(5)의 외부측으로 돌출하도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유매트를 가진 공기분리 전처리 흡착탑.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 활성 알루미나층(110)의 하부에는 기체 인입관(40)을 통하여 들어온 기체를 한층 더 균일화시키기 위해 탄소섬유매트(10)와 격판(20)을 추가 설치하며, 흡착제로부터 수분 및 이산화탄소들을 탈착시키고자 하는 경우, 탈착 기체의 균일한 분포를 위하여 흡착제의 상부에 탄소섬유매트(10)를 추가 설치하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유매트를 가진 공기분리 전처리 흡착탑.
