Claims (4)
- 하우징(1)을 통하여 유동가능할 때까지 가열되는 플라스틱 재료의 유동을 제어하는 장치로서,상기 하우징(1)을 통하여 연장되는 유동 채널(2), 및 상기 하우징(1)의 보어(7)의 종방향으로 배치된 원형 단면의 플런저(8)를 포함하며, 상기 보어(7)는 상기 유동 채널(2)의 종방향에 대해 횡방향으로 배치되고 상기 유동 채널(2)을 횡단하며, 상기 하우징(1)으로부터 돌출한 상기 플런저의 돌출 부분(19)상에는 슬롯이 형성되지 않은 스크레이퍼 링(23)이 상기 하우징(1)의 외부로 장착되며, 상기 스트래퍼 링에 대한 정지부(25)가 상기 하우징(1)에 연결된 상태로 제공되어서 상기 플런저(8)가 상기 하우징(1)에 대해 상대 이동하는 장치에 있어서,상기 스크레이퍼 링(23)의 내경(d2)이 상기 하우징(1)의 보어(7)의 직경(d0)보다 작은 동시에 상기 하우징(1)으로부터 멀리 떨어진 상기 플런저의 돌출 부분(19)의 단부(21)의 직경(d1) 보다 작으며, 상기 스크레이퍼 링(23)이 상기 플런저상에서 항상 장력 보유상태가 되도록 상기 플런저부의 최고로 냉각된 작동 상태에서 상기 하우징으로부터 상기 돌출 부분이 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스크레이퍼 링(23)의 내경(d2)이 상기 하우징(1)의 보어(7)의 직경(d0)보다 0.12 % 내지 0.15 % 만큼 더 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 스크레이퍼 링(23)이 1000 내지 2000 N/㎡의 평균 접촉 압력으로 상기 플런저(8)에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 스트레이퍼 링(23)과 상기 하우징(1) 사이에는 상기 플런저(8)의 축방향으로 상기 정지부(25)에 의하여 경계가 지워진 0 mm 내지 4 mm의 간격(26)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
