Claims (14)
- 수소흡장합금분말을 이용하여 이루어진 수소흡장합금전극의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 제조방법이, 수소흡장합금분말을 강산성액으로 세정한 후, 상기 강산성액보다 pH값이 큰 약산성액으로 세정처리하는 2단게 산처리공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소흡장합금전극의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 강산성용액이 pH0.5 이상이고 2.0 이하의 강산성수용액이며, 상기 약산성용액이 pH 2.2 이상, 5.0 이하의 약산성수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리축전지용수소흡장합금의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 약산성수용액이 pH2.2 이상, 5.0 이하의 완충수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소흡장합금전극의 제조방법.
- 수소흡장합금을 산성수용액에 침적처리하는 산처리공정과, 상기 산처리한 수소 흡장합금에 대하여 0.6중량%~10중량% 농도의 옥소산염수용액으로 표면처리하는 옥소산염 표면처리공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리축전지용수소흡장합금의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 옥소산염표면처리공정으로 처리한 수소흡장합금을, 다시 순수(純水)로 침적 보존하는 순수침적보존공정을 부가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리축전지용수소흡장합금의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 옥소산염표면처리공정으로 처리한 수소흡장합금을 다시 순수에서 교반세정하는 순수교반공정을 부가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리축전지용수소흡장합금의 제조방법.
- 수소흡장합금을 산성수용액에 침적처리하는 산처리공정과, 상기 산처리한 수소흡장합금에 대하여 고농도의 옥소산염수용액으로 표면처리하는 고농도옥소산염표면 처리공정과,상기 고농도옥소산염수용액으로 표면처리한 수소흡장합금을 상기 고농도옥소산염수용액보다도 저농도의 옥소산염수용액으로 교반세정하는 저농도옥소산염교반세정공정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리축전지용수소흡장합금의 제조방법.
- 수소흡장합금을 산성수용액에 침적처리하는 산처리공정과, 상기 산처리한 수소흡장합금에 대하여 고농도의 옥소산염수용액으로 표면처리하는 고농도옥소산염표면 처리공정과,상기 고농도옥소산염수용액으로 표면처리한 수소흡장합금을 상기 고농도옥소산염수용액보다도 저농도의 옥소산염수용액으로 침적보존하는 저농도옥소산염침적공정를 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리축전지용수소흡장합금의 제조방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,상기 고농도옥소산염수용액의 농도가 0.6중량%~10중량%이며, 상기 저농도옥소산염수용액의 농도가 0.1중량%~1중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리축전지용수소흡장합금의 제조방법.
- 수소흡장합금을 산성수용액으로 처리하는 산처리공정과 상기 산처리공정에 의해 수소흡장합금에 유입된 음이온의 잔류량이 수소흡장합금에 대해 5 ×10-6mol/g이하로 될 때까지 세정하는 공정을 갖춘 알칼리축전지용수소흡장합금의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 산성 수용액의 pH가 0.5이상, 3.5이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리축전지용수소흡장합금의 제조방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서,상기 세정공정에서의 세정이 산화방지제함유수소액으로 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리축전지용수소흡장합금의 제조방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서,상기 세정공정 후에 다시 상기 세정공정으로 세정된 수소흡장합금을 산화방지제함유 수용액중에 침적보존하는 보존세정공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리축전지용수소흡장합금 제조방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서,상기 수소흡장합금이 4.0 ×10-3이하의 불균일 왜곡물 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로하는 알칼리축전지용수소흡장합금의 제조방법.
