Claims (5)
- 소다-석회-실리카 판유리 제조용 뱃지조성물에 있어서,상기 뱃지 조성물 중에는 평균 입도가 250 ∼ 400 ㎛인 안산암이 1 ∼ 6 중량% 함유되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 자외선 및 적외선 흡수유리 제조용 뱃지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 안산암 일부를 슬라그로 대체하되, 슬라그 함량이 0.5 ∼ 2.0 중량%이고, 이때 안산암 및 슬라그의 총 함량이 1 ∼ 7.5 중량%인 것임을 특징으로 하는 자외선 및 적외선 흡수유리 제조용 뱃지조성물.
- 청구항 1의 뱃지조성물로부터 만들어지는 유리조성물로 Fe2O3의 함량이 0.65 ∼ 0.85 중량%이고, 레독스 비율이 20 ∼ 25%이며, TiO2+CeO2의 함량이 0 ∼ 1 중량% 인 것임을 특징으로 하는 자외선 및 적외선 흡수유리조성물.
- 청구항 2의 뱃지조성물로부터 만들어지는 유리조성물로 Fe2O3의 함량이 0.65 ∼ 0.85 중량%이고, 레독스 비율이 22 ∼ 28%이며, TiO2+CeO2의 함량이 0 ∼ 1.0 중량% 인 것임을 특징으로 하는 자외선 및 적외선 흡수유리조성물.
- 제 3 항 또는 청구항 4 항에 있어서, 상기 유리조성물은 두께 4.1 ㎜에서 가시광선 투과율이 70% 이상이고, 색도좌표가 495 ∼ 515 ㎚인 연녹색의 색상과 순도가 2 ∼ 3.8%, 태양광 투과율이 50% 이하, 자외선이 투과율이 20%인 것임을 특징으로 하는 자외선 및 적외선 흡수유리조성물.
