Claims (2)
- 사각통 형상을 이루면서 하부에 호퍼를 일체로 갖는 하우징과, 상기 하우징의 일측에 고정되어 혼합공기를 하우징 내부로 흡입시켜 주는 흡입관과, 상기 하우징 내의 상부에 고정된 여과포 지지판과, 상기 여과포 지지판에 상부가 개방된 상태로 지지되어 하우징 내로 흡입된 혼합공기중의 먼지를 걸러주는 복수개의 원통형 여과포와, 상기 하우징의 호퍼 하단에 설치되어 각 원통형 여과포에 의해 걸러진 먼지가 중력방향으로 이동되어 가라 앉았을 때 이를 수거하는 로타리 밸브와, 상기 하우징의 일측에 구비되어 청정공기를 외부로 배출하는 배출관과, 상기 배출관의 끝단에 설치되어 배출관을 통한 청정공기의 배출력과 함께 흡입관을 통한 혼합공기의 흡입력을 제공하는 송풍팬과, 상기 하우징 내의 여과포 지지판 상방에 설치되어 외부에서 공급된 고압의 압축공기를 여과포 지지판에 지지된 각 원통형 여과포 내로 수직분사하도록 복수개의 분사구를 갖는 압축공기 공급관으로 구성된 것에 있어서,상기 하우징 내의 흡입관 연결부쪽에는 하우징 내부중 여과포 지지판을 기준으로 그 윗부분을 다른 부분과 격리시켜 줌과 함께 흡입관을 통해 흡입되는 혼합공기를 직하방으로 안내하는 가이드판이 고정되고, 상기 각 원통형 여과포의 하부에는 여러개의 원통형 여과포끼리 그룹단위를 이루게 하면서 상기 그룹단위를 이루는 여러 원통형 여과포에서 먼지가 걸러지고 난 청정공기가 모아지도록 함과 함께 상기 원통형 여과포와는 별도로 혼합공기중의 먼지를 포집하도록 하는 복수개의 사각통형 여과포가 일체화된 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 여과포와 사각통형 여과포를 일체로 갖는 집진기.
