Claims (10)
- 속도 제어 시스템(300)으로서,변조 주파수 신호 발생용 신호원;속도가 제어될 디바이스(210)에 동작가능하게 접속된 이동 가능한 부재를 가진 인코더(212)로서, 상기 인코더는 상기 신호원에 접속되고, 상기 인코더는 상기 변조 주파수 신호를 상기 이동 가능한 부재의 위치의 함수에 따라 변화되는 위상을 가진 위상 가변 신호로 변환시키기 위한 수단을 포함하는 인코더;상기 변조 주파수 발생용 신호원에 접속되고, 상기 변조 주파수 신호와 주파수 또는 위상에서 상이한 가변 기준 주파수를 발생시키기 위한 기준 주파수 신호 발생 수단;상기 신호원과 상기 기준 주파수 발생 수단 사이에 접속된 비교기로서, 상기 비교기는 상기 변조 주파수 신호와 상기 기준 주파수 신호를 비교하도록 동작하며, 상기 변조 주파수 신호와 상기 기준 주파수 신호 사이의 위상차의 함수로서의 에러 신호를 발생시키는 비교기;상기 에러 신호의 dc 왜곡을 제거하도록 동작하는 제 1 필터(72a)로서, 상기 dc 왜곡은 상기 인코더에 의해 발생되는 제 1 필터(72a);상기 에러 신호로부터의 고조파 왜곡을 제거하도록 동작하는 제 2 필터(72b); 및상기 에러 신호로부터의 점성 왜곡을 제거하도록 동작하는 제 3 필터(70)를포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 속도 제어 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 필터는 고역 통과 필터(102) 및 뉴런 네트워크를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 속도 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2 필터는 고역 통과 필터(202) 및 뉴럴 네트워크를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 속도 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 3 필터는 적어도 하나의 대역 통과 필터(404) 및 뉴럴 네트워크를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 속도 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 속도 제어 시스템은 상기 에러 신호로부터의 리플 왜곡을 제거하도록 동작하는 제 4 필터(72c)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 속도 제어 시스템.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제 4 필터(72c)는 고속 통과 필터(302) 및 뉴럴 네트워크를 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 속도 제어 시스템.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제 4 필터는 캐스케이드되는 것을 특징으로 하는 속도 제어 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 변조 주파수 신호와 상기 가변 기준 주파수 신호가 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 속도 제어 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 속도가 제어될 상기 장치는 무브러시 dc 모터(210)인 것을 특징으로 속도 제어 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인코더는 자기 저항 인코더(212)인 것을 특징으로 하는 속도 제어 시스템.
