Claims (5)
- 일측 단부영역에 공기가 공급 및 배출되는 공기포트가 형성되고 타측 단부영역에 오일이 공급 및 배출되는 오일포트가 형성되어 있으며 내부에 공기 및 오일이 각각 수용되는 공기챔버 및 오일챔버가 마련된 실린더하우징과;상기 공기챔버 및 오일챔버를 관통하도록 배치되어 상기 실린더하우징의 축선방향을 따라 왕복구동가능하며 상기 공기챔버의 적어도 일부영역에서 공기가 유입 및 배출가능하도록 내부에 축선방향을 따라 공기유동로가 형성된 실린더로드와;상기 실린더로드에 결합되어 상기 공기챔버 내에 배치되며 상기 공기챔버를 상기 공기포트에 연통된 제1공기챔버와 상기 공기유동로에 연통된 제2공기챔버로 구획하는 공압피스톤과;상기 공압피스톤과 동축선상에 상기 실린더로드의 축선방향을 따라 슬라이딩 이동가능하게 배치되어 상기 오일챔버와 상기 공기챔버를 구획하는 유압피스톤과;상기 실린더하우징의 일측에 상기 오일포트에 연통가능하게 마련되는 오일캐비티를 갖는 보조하우징과;상기 보조하우징 내에 축선방향을 따라 슬라이딩 이동가능하게 배치되어 상기 오일캐비티의 오일수용공간을 한정하는 보조피스톤을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유공압 복합 스킵스톱실린더.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 보조하우징 내에 상기 보조피스톤을 사이에 두고 상기 오일캐비티의 대향측에는 공기의 출입을 허용하는 공기출입포트가 마련되어 있으며,상기 보조하우징은, 상기 보조피스톤에 의해 상기 오일포트에 연통된 상기 오일캐비티와, 상기 공기출입포트에 연통된 공기캐비티로 구획되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유공압 복합 스킵스톱실린더.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 공기포트, 상기 공기유동로 및 상기 공기출입포트 각각의 적어도 일부구간에는 공기의 출입을 허용하는 소정의 공기량제어밸브가 각각 부속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유공압 복합 스킵스톱실린더.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 오일포트에 연통가능하게 설치되어 상기 오일포트 내에서 유동하는 오일의 양을 제어하는 오일량제어밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유공압 복합 스킵스톱실린더.
- 제 3항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,상기 각 공기량제어밸브 및 오일량제어밸브는 자동제어 가능한 솔레노이드에 각각 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유공압 복합 스킵스톱실린더.
