Claims (7)
- 엔진 구비 차량의 자동 기어박스(18)용 제어 장치(1)로서,- 직접 센서에 의하여 또는 차량의 다른 제어 유니트에 의하여 제공되거나 이로부터 신호 처리 회로(3)에서 유도되는 입력 신호에 의존하여, 운전 스타일, 운전술 또는 도로 상태를 분류하는데 사용되는 분류 시스템(4);- 상기 분류에 기초하여 메모리(9)로부터 기어비 선택 패턴을 선택하는데 사용되는 전략 선택 회로(8)로서, 여기서 상기 메모리(9)가 상기 선택된 기어비 선택 패턴에 의존하여 작동 신호를 출력하는 전략 선택 회로(8);- 상기 작동 신호와 운전자에 의하여 수동적으로 입력되는 간섭 신호를 비교하여, 편차가 있는 경우에-- 수정 작동 신호를 출력하고-- 간섭 평가 신호(interference evaluation signal, EBS)를 생성하는데 사용되는 평가 회로(14); 그리고- 상기 간섭 평가 신호(EBS)를 평가하여 운전자 요구와의 편차에 대한 이유가 상기 제어 장치(1)의 회로 요소(3, 4, 8, 9) 중 어느 회로 요소에 놓여 있는가를 결정하는데 사용되는 회로로서, 상기 편차의 원인으로 인식되는 상기 회로 요소(3, 4, 8, 9)에서의 부분 기능을 파라미터화하는데 사용되는 파라미터화 회로(17), 상기 편차의 원인으로 인식되는 상기 회로 요소(3, 4, 8, 9)에서의 부분 기능을 선택하는데 사용되는 선택 회로(16), 또는 이들 회로 모두를 구비하는 엔진구비 차량의 자동 기어박스(18)용 제어 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 작동 신호의 일시적인 보정을 실행하는데 사용될 수 있는 보정 회로(10)를 구비하고, 상기 간섭 평가 신호(EBS)의 평가를 통하여 유사하게 운전자 요구로부터의 편차의 원인으로 상기 보정 회로(10)가 인식될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 구비 차량의 자동 기어박스(18)용 제어 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제어 장치의 부분 기능이 상기 선택 회로(16)에 의하여 활성화되거나 또는 무력화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 구비 차량의 자동 기어박스(18)용 제어 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제어 장치(1)의 부분 기능에 대한 파라미터가 상기 파라미터 회로(17)에 의하여 수정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 구비 차량의 자동 기어박스(18)용 제어 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 파라미터화 회로(17) 및/또는 선택 회로(16)는 양방향 데이터 라인(18)을 통하여 상기 신회 처리 회로(3), 상기 분류 회로(4), 상기 전략 선택 회로(8), 상기 메모리(9) 그리고 상기 보정 회로(10)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 구비 차량의 자동 기어박스(18)용 제어 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 간섭 평가 신호는 상기 제어 장치(1)에 대한 작동 신호에 단기 영향을 미치고, 상기 제어 장치(1)의 부분 기능에 중장기 영향을 미치는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 구비 차량의 자동 기어박스(18)용 제어 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제어 장치(1)에서 프로세싱될 퍼지 규칙은 상기 운전자에 의하여 생성되는 상기 간섭 신호의 결과로 수정된다는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 구비 차량의 자동 기어박스(18)용 제어 장치.
