Description
Claims (19)
- 타측 전기 컨택트를 전기적으로 수용하는 컨택트 종단부를 포함하고 상기 컨택트 종단부는 타측 전기 컨택트를 삽입하기 위한 삽입 방향부를 가지며, 아울러 전기도체에 접속하기 위한 부위도 함께 포함하는 전기 리셉터클 컨택트에 있어서,상기 컨택트 종단부가 탄성적으로 휘어지는 제 1 및 2 캔틸레버 비임을 포함함에 있어, 상기 제 1 비임이 상기 타측 전기 컨택트와 결합하게끔 되어 있는 상기 제 1 및 제 2 캔틸레버 비임; 및 상기 제 1 캔틸레버 비임이 제 2 캔틸레버 비임과 결합했을 때 제 2 캔틸레버 비임과 결합하여 제 1 및 제 2 캔틸레버 비임 양측에 대해 과부하를 방지하도록하는 과부하 방지부재를 포함하고;상기 비임들은 상기 타측 전기 컨택트의 삽입전에 무부하 상태로 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 리셉터클 컨택트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 비임들 중 적어도 하나의 비임은 베이스로부터 자 유단으로 향하는 방향으로 연장된 종방향부를 가지며, 상기 종방향부는 상기 타측 전기 컨택트의 상기 삽입 방향부에 마주하여 있을 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 리셉터클 컨택트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 과부하 방지부재가 상기 다른 컨택트 삽입 방향부를 가로지르는 종축선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 리셉터클 컨택트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 컨택트 종단부는 상기 탄성적으로 휘어지는 캔틸레버 비임들을 빳빳하게 지지하는 고정 태브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 리셉터클 컨택트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각 비임이 적어도 각각의 단일 만곡부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 리셉터클 컨택트.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 만곡부가 아치형 만곡부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 리셉터클 컨택트.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 각 아치형 만곡부가 각각의 곡룬 반경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 리셉터클 컨택트.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 비임 만곡부의 각각의 곡률반경이 상기 제 1 비임 만곡부의 각각의 곡률반경보다 상대적으로 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 리셉터클 컨택트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 비임들중 적어도 하나는 적어도 서로 다른 만곡부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 리셉터클 컨택트.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 만곡부가 아치형 만곡부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 리셉터클 컨택트.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 아치형 만곡부가 U형 만곡부를 형성하는 곡률반경을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 리셉터클 컨택트.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 만곡부들이 각각의 상기 비임들에 추종성을 부여하고, 상기 제 2 비임의 추종성은 상기 제 1 비임의 추종성보다 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 리셉터클 컨택트.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 각 비임의 만곡부가 서로 다른 휨 횡단면적을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 리셉터클 컨택트.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 비임의 상기 비임 만곡부의 휨 횡단면적이 상기 제 2 비임의 비임 만곡부 휨 횡단면적보다 상대적으로 더 크고, 그에 의해 상기 제 2 비임에 상대적으로 더 큰 가요성을 부여하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 리셉터클 컨택트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 컨택트 종단부가 횡평면을 포함하고, 상기 비임들은각각의 자유단을 포함하고, 상기 횡평면은 상기 각 자유단을 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 리셉터클 컨택트.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 횡평면은 상기 과부하 방지부재를 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 리셉터클 컨택트.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 컨택트 종단부가 상기 횡평면으로부터 상대적으로 옵셋된 종축선을 가지는 과부하 방지부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 리셉터클 컨택트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각 비임이 자유단을 포함하고, 그리고 상기 타측 전기 컨택트의 삽입에 앞서 상기 자유단들간에는 틈새가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 리셉터클 컨택트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 컨택트 종단부가 과부하 방지부재를 포함하고, 그리고 상기 타측 전기 컨택트의 삽입후에 상기 과부하 방지부재와 상기 적어도 하나의 비임단부 사이에는 틈새가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 리셉터클 컨택트.
