Claims (6)
- 진동기기의 진동변위를 검출하는 진동변위검출기와, 이 진동변위검출기의 출력을 부 귀환 신호로 하여 피드백게인으로 증폭하는 자려발진 컨트롤러와, 이 컨트롤러의 출력을 전력 증폭하는 전력증폭기와, 이 전력증폭기의 출력을 받는 전자석들을 가지며, 이 전자석의 코일에 흐르는 전류에서 발생하는 자기흡인력에 의해 상기 진동기기를 가진하도륵 한 전자석 가진방식의 자려진동형 진동장치에 있어서, 상기 전자석의 코일에 다이오드를 접속시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자석 가진방식의 자려진동형 진동장치.
- 진동기기의 진동변위를 검출하는 진동변위검출기와, 이 진동변위검출기의 출력을 부 귀환 신호로 하여 피드백게인으로 증폭하는 자려발진컨트롤러와, 이 컨트롤러의 출력을 전력증폭하는 전력증폭기와, 이 전력증폭기의 출력을 받는 전자석을 가지며, 이 전자석의 코일에 흐르는 전류에서 발생하는 자기흡인력에 의해 상기 진동기기를 가진하도록 한 전자석 가진방식의 자려진동형 진동장치에 있어서, 상기 전자석에 영구자석이 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 전자석 가진방식의 자려진동형 진동장치.
- 진동기기의 진동변위를 검출하는 진동변위검출기와. 이 진동변위검출기의 출력을 부 귀환 신호로하여 피드백게인으로 증폭하는 자려발진컨트롤러와, 이 컨트롤러의 출력을 전력증폭하는 전력증폭기와, 이 전력증폭기의 출력을 받는 전자석을 가지며, 이 전자석의 코일에 흐르는 전류에서 발생하는 자기흡인력에 의해 상기 진동기기를 가진하도록 한 전자석 가진방식의 자려진동형 진동장치에 있어서, 상기 전자석의 코일에 일정한 직류전류를 흐르게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자석 가진방식의 자려진동형 진동장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 상기 진동변위검출기의 출력에 기하여 상기 자려발진컨트롤러가 내장하는 포화요소의 포화레벨을 가변으로 하는 전자석 가진방식의 자려진동형 진동장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 자려발진컨트롤러는 위상지연기능을 가지며, 상기 진동기기의 공진주파수와 자려진동의 주파수를 일치시키도록 전자석 가진방식의 자려진동형 진동장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 자려발진컨트롤러는 위상지연지능을 가지며, 상기 진동기기의 공진주파수와 자려진동의 주파수를 일치시키도록 전자석 가진방식의 자려진동형 진동장치.
