Claims (9)
- (정정)폴리에틸렌 100 중량부에 대하여 실란 화합물 0.5 ∼ 3.0 중량부,실란을 폴리에틸렌에 화학적으로 그라프팅시키는 중간매개체 역할을 하는 가교조제0.01 ∼ 1.0 중량부,수가교시간을 단축시키기 위한 촉매0.01 ∼ 0.1 중량부, 카본블랙 0.3 ∼ 3.0 중량부, 산화방지제 0.1 ∼ 0.6 중량부 및 폴리디메틸실록산 단독 또는 폴리디메틸실록산과 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 혼합물 0.1 ∼ 0.6 중량부로 구성되며,단 실란 화합물과 가교조제는 폴리에틸렌에 화학적으로 그라프팅시키는 별도의 단계를 거쳐 포함된 것임을 특징으로 하는 전선용 흑색 수가교 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 수지는 에틸렌과 탄소원자 3 ∼ 8의 α-올레핀으로부터 중합되어진 용융지수 0.5 ∼ 6.0 g/10분, 밀도 0.910 ∼ 0.960 g/㎤의 초저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 중밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 그 이상의 블렌드인 것임을 특징으로 하는 전선용 흑색 수가교 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실란 화합물은 비닐트리메톡시실란, 비닐트리에톡시실란, 비닐디클로로실란, 비닐트리클로로실란, 디비닐디클로로실란, 비닐디브로모실란 및 비닐트리노말부톡시실란 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 전선용 흑색 수가교 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가교조제는 t-부틸 큐밀 퍼옥사이드, 디큐밀 퍼옥사이드,메틸 에틸 케톤 퍼옥사이드, 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디(t-부틸 퍼옥시)헥산, 디-t-부틸 퍼옥사이드, t-부틸 퍼옥시 벤조에이트 및 αα-비스(t-부틸 퍼옥시 이소프로필)벤젠 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 전선용 흑색 수가교 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 촉매는 디부틸틴디라우레이트, 디부틸틴디말레이트, 디부틸틴디아세테이트, 디부틸틴디옥토에이트, 테트라부틸티타네이트, 헥실아민 및 디부틸아민 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 전선용 흑색 수가교 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 카본블랙은 입자크기 15 ∼ 30㎚, 표면적 80 ∼ 150 ㎡/g, 겉보기 밀도 0.350 ∼ 0.370 g/㎤, pH 8.0 이하인 것임을 특징으로 하는 전선용 흑색 수가교 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리디메틸실록산은 평균분자량 10,000 ∼ 100,000 범위이고, 폴리에틸렌글리콜은 평균분자량 200 ∼ 10,000인 것임을 특징으로 하는 전선용 흑색 수가교 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리디메틸실록산과 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 혼합물은 폴리에틸렌 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 폴리디메틸실록산 0.1 ∼ 0.4 중량부와 폴리에틸렌글리콜 0.05 ∼ 0.2 중량부가 함유되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 전선용 흑색 수가교 수지 조성물.
- (정정)2축 압출기에 폴리에틸렌, 실란 화합물,실란을 폴리에틸렌에 화학적으로 그라프팅시키는 중간매개체 역할을 하는가교조제 및 산화방지제의 혼합물을 투입하여 5 ∼ 15%의 그라프트율을 갖는 그라프트 공중합체를 제조하는 공정과;이와는 별도로 110 ∼ 130℃로 유지되는 배치타입 혼련기에 담체인 폴리에틸렌과 촉매 및 산화방지제를 넣고 30분간 혼련하여수가교시간을 단축시키기 위한촉매 마스터 배치를 제조하는 공정과;이와는 별도로 카본블랙의 미세기공에 폴리디메틸실록산 또는 폴리디메틸실록산과 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 혼합물을 함침시킨 다음, 110 ∼ 130℃로 유지되는 배치타입 혼련기에 폴리에틸렌 수지와 함께 혼련시키고, 산화방지제를 첨가하여 카본블랙 마스터 배치를 제조하는 공정;상기 각각의 공정들에서 제조한 그라프트 공중합체와 카본블랙 마스터 배치 1 ∼ 10 중량% 및 촉매 마스터 배치 2 ∼ 5 중량%를혼합·압출하는공정; 및상기 압출물을 열수 중에서 수가교 실시하는 공정을 포함하는 전선용 흑색 수가교 수지의 제조방법.
