Claims (12)
- 강성이 있으나 접을 수 있는 종이로 된 중심층(11); 및종래의 인쇄기술을 이용하여 플라스틱 코팅(13)의 바깥쪽에 목적하는 무늬로 도포된 인쇄잉크의 장식(17)을 한 쪽면(13)에 가진 액밀성의 외부 코팅(12, 13)을 포함하는, 무균 포장용의 라미네이트 타입 인쇄잉크-장식 포장재에 있어서,외부 플라스틱 코팅 (13)의 바깥쪽에 도포된 인쇄잉크-장식(17)을, 폴리에틸렌 및 산-개질 폴리에틸렌을 필수적으로 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 재료로 된 외부 플라스틱 코팅(13)에 도포된 보호층(18)으로 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무균 포장용의 라미네이트 타입 인쇄잉크 장식 포장재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보호층(18)이 에틸 아크릴산 공중합물 또는 에틸 메타크릴산 공중합물로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 포장재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 및 산-개질 폴리에틸렌을 필수적으로 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 재료로 된 보호층(19)으로 포장재의 노출된 절제 가장자리(20) 또한 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 가장자리 피복 보호층(19)이 에틸 아크릴산 공중합물 또는 에틸 메타크릴산 공중합물로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 포장재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 가장자리 피복 보호층(19)을 장식피복 보호층 (18)과 하나의 연속체로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장재.
- 강성이 있으나 접을 수 있는 종이로 된 웹의 양면에 플라스틱을 압출하여 코팅함으로써 액밀성의 외부 코팅(12, 13)을 형성한 후, 두 개의 외부 플라스틱 코팅중의 한쪽면(13)에 종래의 인쇄기술을 이용하여 인쇄잉크를 목적하는 무늬로 도포하여 인쇄잉크의 장식(17)을 형성하는 제1항에 기재된 무균 포장용의 라미네이트 타입 인쇄잉크 장식 포장재의 제조방법에 있어서, 인쇄잉크-장식된 외부 플라스틱 코팅(13)의 바깥쪽에 자체 공지의 방법으로 소위 분산물 코팅 기술에 의해 폴리에틸렌의 분산물 또는 산-개질 폴리에틸렌의 분산물로 된 층(18)으로 상기와 같이 도포된 인쇄잉크-장식(17)을 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무균 포장용의 라미네이트 타입 인쇄잉크 장식 포장재의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 산-개질 폴리에틸렌의 분산물이 에틸 아크릴산-개질 공중합물 및 에틸 메타크릴산-개질 폴리에틸렌을 필수적으로 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 포장재의 길이방향의 노출된 절제 가장자리(20)도 폴리에틸렌 또는 산-개질 폴리에틸렌의 층(19)으로 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 포장재의 길이방향의 노출된 절제 가장자리(20)를 에틸 아크릴산-개질 또는 에틸 메타크릴산-개질 폴리에틸렌의 층(19)으로 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 포장재의 길이방향의 노출된 절제 가장자리 (20)를 포장재의 인쇄잉크 장식(17)과 동일한 조작으로 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 가장자리 피복 보호층(19)을 장식피복 보호층 (18)과 하나의 연속체로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장재.
- 제9항에 있어서, 포장재의 길이방향의 노출된 절제 가장자리 (20)를 포장재의 인쇄잉크 장식(17)과 동일한 조작으로 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
