Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 50중량% 이하의 잔류수분을 함유하는 함수 엘라스토머 성분 A를 기계적으로 탈수시키고, 생성되는 탈수된 엘라스토머 성분 A'를 열가소성 충합체 B와 압출기에서 혼합하여 강화 열가소성 재료를 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 엘라스토머 성분 A는 동시에 회전하는 스크류를 갖는 2축 압출기에 공급되고, 이 스크류 압출기는 진행 방향을 따라 실질적으로- 계량 수단에 의해 엘라스토머 성분 A를 압출기에 공급하는 계량 구획,- 하나 이상의 지연 요소 및 각각 하나 이상의 부속 탈수 오리피스를 포함하는, 탈수에 필요한 하나 이상의 압착 구획,- 열가소성 중합체 B가 용융물로서 압출기에 도입되는 하나 이상의 구획,- 혼합 요소, 혼련 요소 또는 다른 가소화 요소, 또는 이들 요소의 조합이 장착된 하나 이상의 구획,- 잔류 수분이 증기로서 제거되는, 하나 이상의 탈증기 오리피스가 장착된 하나 이상의 탈증기 구획, 및- 배출 영역을 포함하며, 이때탈수 오리피스로부터 나오는 물은 부분적으로 혹은 완전히 액체 상태로 존재하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탈수 오리피스 각각에 보유 스크류(retaining screw)가 장착되는 것인 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 배출 영역이 다이 헤드로 종결되는 것인 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 압출기가 상기 배출 영역에서 가열되는 것인 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 압출기가 상기 최종 압착 구획과 상기 열가소성 중합체 B의 용융물을 공급하는 구획 사이에 혼합 요소, 혼련 요소 또는 다른 가소화 요소, 또는 이들 요소의 조합이 장착된 하나 이상의 구획을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 압출기가 최종 압착 구획과 상기 제1 탈증기 구획 사이에 열가소성 중합체 B의 용융물을 공급하기 위한 하나 이상의 공급 오리피스, 및 이 공급 오리피스의 다음에 위치하는 하나 이상의 혼합 구획, 및 필요한 경우, 상기 공급 오리피스 전에 위치하는, 하나 이상의 혼합 구획을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 2개의 압출기 스크류가 각각 2개의 구획으로 이루어지고, 전방 구획은 더 작은 직경을 나타내고 3개의 플라이트를 포함하는 반면, 후방 구획은 더 큰 직경을 나타내고 2개의 플라이트를 포함하며, 열가소성 중합체 B의 공급 오리피스 뒤에 위치하는 제1 가소화 구획의 앞부분과 제1 탈증기구획의 앞부분 사이에서 스크류 기하의 변형이 이루어지는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엘라스토머 성분 A로서 잔류 수분 함량이 50중량% 이하인 하나 이상의 그라프트 고무를 사용하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엘라스토머 성분 A로서 하나 이상의 단량체 부타디엔, 스티렌, 알킬스티렌, 알킬아크릴레이트, 알킬메타크릴레이트, 및 가교결합 단량체를 포함하는 소량의 기타 단량체를 포함하는 베이스, 및 스티렌, 알킬스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴, 메틸메타크릴레이트 및 필요한 경우 가교 결합 단량체를 포함하는 소량의 기타 단량체 또는 이들 단량체의 혼합물을 포함하는 그라프트 단을 포함하는, 2단 이상으로 구성되는 그라프트 고무를 사용하고, 상기 열가소성 중합체 B로서 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체, 폴리스티렌, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 폴리비닐클로라이드 또는 이들 중합체의 혼합물을 사용하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 베이스로서 폴리부타디엔 또는 폴리알킬아크릴레이트 또는 이들의 혼합물을 사용하고 그라프트 단으로서 스티렌/아크릴로니트릴 공중합체를 사용하는 그라프트 고무를 상기 엘라스토머 성분 A로 사용하고, 스티렌과 아크릴로니트릴의 공중합체를 상기 열가소성 중합체 B로서 사용하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실질적으로 폴리알킬아크릴레이트 및 스티렌과 아크릴로니트릴의 공중합체로 구성되는, 2단 이상으로 이루어진 그라프트 고무를 상기 엘라스토머 성분 A로 사용하고, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체를 상기 열가소성 중합체 B로 사용하는 것인 방법.
- 제8 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 그라프트 고무의 직경이 0.05 내지 20㎛인 것인 방법.
- 제1 내지 12항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 제조될 수 있는 강화열가소성 성형 재료.
- 제13항 기재의 강화 열가소성 성형 재료로 제조된 필름.
- 제13항 기재의 강화 열가소성 성형 재료로 제조된 섬유.
- 제13항 기재의 강화 열가소성 성형 재료로 제조된 성형품.
