Claims (2)
- 방전가스 주입 및 합착이 이루어지는 챔버(chamber),상기 챔버내에 설치되어 제1 기판을 지지하기 위한 제1 기판 지지수단,상기 챔버내에 설치되어 제2 기판을 지지하기 위한 제2 기판 지지수단,방전가스를 저장하기 위한 방전가스 저장수단,상기 방전가스 저장수단의 방전가스가 제1 기판과 제2 기판 사이의 공간으로만 유동되도록 상기 방전가스를 가압하여 챔버내로 주입하는 방전가스 주입수단,상기 방전가스 주입수단을 통해 주입된 방전가스를 배기시키기 위한 방전가스 배기수단,상기 방전가스 배기수단을 통해 배기되는 방전가스를 정제하여 상기 방전가스 저장수단에 저장하기 위한 방전가스 회수수단을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널 제조설비.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 방전가스 주입수단은 출력단이 노즐(nozzle)형태의 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널 제조설비.
