Claims (2)
- 하수 및 폐수 정수설비의 슬러지를 탈수 및 건조하는 탈수,건조설비에 있어서,상기 하수 및 폐수 정수설비에서 발생된 슬러지가 담긴 슬러지 저류조(4)로부터 슬러지 공급펌프(27)로 펌핑하여 라인믹서(8)에 슬러지를 공급함과 동시에 응집제 및 응집보조제 공급장치(2)(3)에서 상기 라인믹서(8)로 응집제와 응집보조제를 공급 혼합하고, 응집제 및 응집보조제와 혼합된 슬러지를 압력감지장치(11)와 자동밸브(12)가 구비된 배관을 따라 이송 공급하는 슬러지 공급설비(E)와,상기 슬러지 공급설비(E)에서 공급되는 슬러지를 여과포(10)가 씌워진 프레이트(9) 사이의 여실(13)로 공급하여 프레이트 가압장치(29)로 가압한 다음에 상기 프레이트(9)의 상측과 하측에 구비된 메니폴드관(17)(18)을 통해 스팀 또는 열수를 순환시켜 슬러지를 탈수 및 건조시키는 탈수 건조기(A)와,상기 탈수 건조기(A)의 일측 메니폴드관(17)으로 보일러(5)에서 발생된 스팀 또는 열수를 공급하여 탈수 건조기(A)의 프레이트(9) 내부로 통과시킨 후 타측의 메니폴드관(18)과 스팀트랩(7) 및 응축수회수장치(6)를 통해 보일러(5)로 회수 순환시키는 보일러설비(B)와,상기 탈수 건조기(A)에 연결된 증기배출배관 자동밸브(22)가 열리면 진공펌프(26)로 1차응축탱크(23)와 2차응축기(24)를 통해 스팀으로 가온이된 슬러지의 잔여수분을 흡입하면서 프레이트(9) 사이의 여실(13)에 진공이 걸리도록 구성된 진공설비(C)와,상기 진공설비(C)의 진공펌프(26)에 의해 2차응축기(24)를 통과하는 증기를 쿨링타워(25)로부터 공급된 냉각수로 2차응축기(24)에서 열교환하고, 상기 탈수 건조기(A)에서의 탈수여액을 탈수여액 배출배관 자동밸브(21)를 통해 직접 배출하며, 1차응축탱크(23) 내의 잔류 수분 및 2차응축기(24) 내의 잔류 수분을 응축수 자동트랩(28)을 통해 배출하는 응축설비(D)와,상기 슬러지 공급설비(E)와 탈수 건조기(A), 보일러설비(B), 진공설비(C), 응축설비(D)를 자동밸브와 제어반으로 연계 운전하도록 구성됨을 특징으로 한 탈수 건조시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 탈수 건조기(A)는 상기 프레이트 가압장치(29)로 여실(13) 내의 탈수 슬러지(14)를 가압한 상태에서 하부 메니폴드관(18)과 프레이트(9)의 코아부(19)를 통해 고압의 공기를 공급하고, 그 공급되는 고압공기에 의해 다이아프렘식 여과포(10)가 팽창하면서 여실(13)의 부피를 축소시켜 여실(13) 내의 탈수 슬러지(14)에서 잔류수분을 좀더 제거한 상태에서 진공 건조를 할 수 있도록 구성됨을 특징으로 한 탈수 건조시스템.
