Description
Claims (4)
- 제 1 단자 전극, 제 2 단자 전극 및 제 3 단자 전극;상기 제 1 단자 전극과 상기 제 3 단자 전극 사이에 전기적으로 접속되며, 제 1 단자 전극측 단부가 내측에 위치하며 또한 제 3 단자 전극측 단부가 외측에 위치해 있는 제 1 나선형상 코일 전극;상기 제 2 단자 전극과 상기 제 3 단자 전극 사이에 전기적으로 접속되며, 제 2 단자 전극측 단부가 내측에 위치하며 또한 제 3 단자 전극측 단부가 외측에 위치해 있는 제 2 나선형상 코일 전극; 및상기 제 1 나선형상 코일 전극 및 제 2 나선형상 코일 전극과 교차하지 않고, 상기 제 1 나선형상 코일 전극의 제 3 단자 전극측 단부와 상기 제 2 나선형상 코일 전극의 제 3 단자 전극측 단부가 근접배치된 사이에 형성되며, 상기 제 1 나선형상 코일 전극과 상기 제 2 나선형상 코일 전극을 전기적으로 접속한 트리밍 전극;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3단자형 가변 인덕턴스 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 트리밍 전극을 복수개 가짐과 아울러, 상기 제 3 단자 전극에 전기적으로 접속된 중간 탭 전극을, 상기 제 1 나선형상 코일 전극의 제 3 단자 전극측 단부와 상기 제 2 나선형상 코일 전극의 제 3 단자 전극측 단부가 근접배치된 사이에 형성되며, 상기 복수의 트리밍 전극을 상기 중간 탭 전극에 전기적으로 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 3단자형 가변 인덕턴스 소자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 칩 부품의 절연성 기판의 표면에 상기 전극이 각각 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 3단자형 가변 인덕턴스 소자.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 회로 패턴이 형성되어 있는 회로 기판의 표면에 상기 전극이 각각 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 3단자형 가변 인덕턴스 소자.
